I do not recommend this place!! The flat is full of bed bugs and the hygiene is problematic. I spent 3 days in an one bedroom and had my skin covered with red spots due to bed bugs stings. The manager was not helpful and we had to leave without receiving refund as we had initially paid for a week.
Worst ever Hotel of my life. Bathroom was smelling and pipe work in both toilets of 1 bedroom apartment was leaking. Plumber took 3 hours to fix the leaks. Next day they shifted me to another room but similar smell was coming from the bathroom. It is a very old hotel and they have not maintained the sewer piping network.
There was no amenities like swimming pool or sauna and no free parking space available, there's a valet parking but you have to pay extra for it. One good thing about this hotel was the nearby restaurant and Abu Dhabi mall is near. Hotel staff was nice as well.
The apartment is very fine but the housekeeping is awful, they don't clean when you put the sign and they do not have extra bed covers and when they got bed sheets as covers they took it for dry cleaning next day and just said oops the dry cleaners ppl didn't come today we will solve it in the morning.. I wouldn't advice a family to go there
This is a small hotel and I would say equivalent to a 3 star hotel. I stayed in this hotel for one month in Octover/ November 2014, after initially booking it long term, planning to stay for 6 months. The advantage is it's kitchen and you can cook for yourself. Very limited cutlery is provided, and you find yourself having to buy a few things. The disadvantage is the smell of food from next door neighbor comes through the air conditioning system, and my neighbor cooked every night at about midnight. Also if they smoke, the air con will bring the smell to your room. All windows are sealed and you cannot open them. You can hear the lift bell at night but that wasn't an issue for me, Although the hotel has been recently refurbished, you can smell damp in corridors and the lobby is quite small. Otherwise the rooms are nicely decorated and the staff are friendly. There is a satellite TV (free to air only) in the room but apart from news channels, that are in English the rest broadcast in Arabic.Wi Fi is available in the room. There is no swimming pool. There is a coffee room on the top floor where locals gather to smoke, Parking can be a nightmare as there is only paid parking on the road and the hotel does not offer valet parking, so if you happen to arrive late you will find nowhere to park. Overall if you are looking for a budget hotel it is ok.…
I stay in this apartment for 4 months since my husband work in Abu Dhabi. The location is very strategic. It's near Abu Dhabi mall, Electra Park where you can do exercise in the morning and afternoon. Since I'm Indonesian, it's only 1 block to Sari Rasa Restaurant and 2 blocks to Bandung Restaurant. It's also passes by few number of buses. 07 bus can take you to Marina Mall and Madinat Zayed Shopping Center. 56 bus can take you to Bus Terminal and Al Wahda Mall. A1 bus can take to Abu Dhabi Airport (AUH). But the price is quite expensive for both of us.
If you are a "Geograhical batchelor" looking for a place to stay fopr the duration in Abu Dhabi, this is it. The rooms are comfortable and well furnished. The staff are helpful and friendly. The location is perfect. True, the internet centre, the restaurant and the pool are all closed but, frankly, who cares? The in-romm internet is fast and reliable and there are enough places to eat only a stone's throw away. The absence of a gym is, perhaps, a downside but I wonder how many people regularly visit a gym when they are back home. No, this place is great value for money.
