First time to stay here at Staybridge. Receptionist Cecille was very friendly and always smiling as I can see everyone that she assisted was happy. I must say the day that we checked-in was extremely busy as we got the room between 4-4:30pm. We stayed here because of Blackpink concert. It was an average experience for me, room was huge as we booked 1 bedroom suite for 4 pax. Their breakfast was average and was very busy. Their housekeeping staff was very helpful and attentive. Overall experience was good but given a chance to stay here again, I think it will not be on my option for the next time.

I have been a regular resident for the last 12 months. The staff are consistently polite and pleasant. Any request is always attended to with a pleasant demeanour by the restaurant staff. The receptionists always give a welcoming smile. Of special note is Kamal Magiar from housekeeping who keeps Suite spotlessly clean.

I booked the hotel thru booking.com came at the hotel a bit late i was assisted professionally by “admire” very helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Room was clean and very spacious. Breakfast was okay. Food was delicious. Bibek served us as well as norben he made sure that our breakfast was great. I came down in reception as i have few inquiries and olinad patiently assisted me. He was very kind and professional. Cecil made our check out very polite and always have a smiling face. Thank you for the great service. Would come back definitely.
