When we arrived no one met us, we found our way to the reception, where we were given the keys from the rooms, with no willingness from the staff to show us the way or tell us any info about the hotel and it’s premises. The concierge brought the luggage, because at the time of arrival no one else was available. We arrived at 21.30. When we booked the sea view rooms we had direct sea view in mind. If at your hotel there are many options then I suggest to inform the clients they might be located in a shaded room with no direct view to the sea and charge less. When entering the rooms the minibars were empty. Never in Emirates or else where in the world did I see empty minibars, filled upon request. The concierge service if you can call it so failed to complete a single request: Find items at pharmacy and order them - NO Sent us to the Musk in the time of prayer Requested info about the concert of Black pink in abu Dabi- again no. I would not recommend staying at this hotel unless a person is prepared for this kind of service. This is not a 5 star hotel. …

This cozy restaurant has left me and my friends the best impressions! Hospitable hosts (many thanks to Lita & Sheila for an amazing serviced and experienced. They made us feel welcomed), delicious dishes, beautiful presentation and wonderful afternoon tea set (Chocolate & Classic) with reasonable prices. I recommend to everyone! Me and my friends would like to come back here again and again.

Amazing with a very beautiful atmosphere. I’m sure we will visit the place again. The staff are very kind and supportive. My family enjoyed the dinner a lot. I would recommend everyone to try Sim Sim restaurant.

We went with our friends to experience one of the greatest feasts I have ever had! Truly fit for a king! Their “brunch” in this area runs 1-4pm and depending on what you choose can include all drinks or for an additional fee also champagne. Of course it’s all you can eat/drink. There are various stations around for drinks, a seafood station, a meat station all manned by someone to custom make your meals/drinks. Lots of international dishes and cheeses/breads/hummus, etc. and the desserts!!! 😱 if you are a dessert fan like me you will be in heaven! The staff there were amazing and attentive. Catar was always smiling and promptly attended to us for every need. Shiva, Karim and Alamin were also attentive in their duties cleaning up and serving our needs. All the staff were friendly, smiling, and superb at the jobs. Overall the experience of this brunch is amazing!!! It is a bit pricey but it’s all inclusive and you can eat/drink as much as you want in that time frame. Make sure you have a driver!!…

Our team and I recently held a business meeting at Rotana and was extremely impressed with the overall experience. John, Kristine, Moinne, Jenson, and Princess were incredibly friendly and attentive to our every need, making sure that everything was running smoothly throughout the day. The hotel ambiance carries the Rotana standard of excellence with a warm and inviting atmosphere that made for a comfortable and productive meeting. The meeting room set up was also excellent, with all the necessary equipment and technology readily available. Overall, my team and I had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to host a professional and successful business meeting."

Came here for a conference hosted by my company and I have to say that the facilities are top class. Kristine, Princess and John D’souza made sure that all the arrangements are taken care very well and ensured that they go extra mile to meet requirements of each and every guest. Really nice service from the staff. Special thanks to Kristine. The conference setup was done very well with a mix of sparkling and still water. The morning coffee and lunch preparation were both good. The lunch buffet has international options to cater to all.
