Really good hotel. People were friendly, the room was great, the valets and general hotel staff were very respectful, lovely location and surroundings, not far from a lot of leisure places such as malls and restaurants and overall a quality stay.

I stayed 3 times in this hotel . To be fair the people there are very kind. But it seems that nobody go in the room and look at it with eyes of the guest. I ask the manager if he ever tried to look in the bathroom...how is the flow of the water which may wash the body and head if you only want wash your hands...and the flow of shower water...very very slow and thin... And do they send somebody in the room to check something other than the minibar.. Do they walk in the corridor to suffer the very bad smell coming from somewhere...and stays there for hours.. I have much more to write...really.. But in short the management must learn how to do the job. And I am not going to give the hotel a fourth chance...

One of the worse services I've experienced, started off that i sent an email 1 week before traveling requiring a seaview room, and a high floor room, which I've received a feedback that this isn't doable, i have no clue why, despite the fact that i would pay any differences in price, which then i asked for any of the 2 needs (Seaview or high floor) with no response, arrived didn't get any of the needs. Extremely noisy street, with a playground and foodcourt infront of it. Several complains were placed and requests to change, nothing happened. Extremely weak to No Wifi in the room, again several complains were made, across the 5 days stay. To top it off, we asked for the shuttle bus to the airport (Which as per the website is provided) and we were 6 individuals. we asked for a shuttle at 5:30 pm as the flight was 8pm, only to arrive 5:15 to find that the shuttle left and that it comes every hour and we weren't told, to top it off the receptionist was extremely rude and aggressive. Strongly don't recommend this hotel. There is much nicer hotels in Beirut

We stayed 4 nights in this hotel. The greeting at the airport was just after security and someone greeted us and took us to the transfer vehicle. We were upgraded to a suite for our 4 nights stay. We walked from the hotel to the Corniche and down town too. All the staff were very efficient and polite. The food & hot drinks at breakfast was all perfect for our time there.

In the toom I stayed the glass on the table was broken in some how. Hotel management charged 100 USD extra. I never faced this unkind hospitality. All hotel have an insurance which covers this accidental things. Hotel management says their insurance does not cover this kind of accidental things. Glass broken and might be it could cut my skin. Instead of excuse they try to panish their gueat with very unpolite way. If you still want to stay this hotel you will take this risk.

A good hotel in a central spot. Walking distance to corniche where there are a lot of restaurants & cafe. Clean room & variety breakfast. Helpful staff. Although there was an uncomfortable situation it was treated successfully.

If you are looking for good and reasonably priced hotel in Beirut, then try Lancaster Hotel Raouche. Rooms are clean, staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good. The hotel within walking distance from touristic area. It is very convenient for morning walking and/or jogging. The hotel also provide complementary airport transfer. It is four star hotel with three star rate. I do recommend this hotel for Beirut visitors

I am not sure how they continue to operate this hotel at the level it’s being run. The rooms were dirty, the bedding smelt awful and the corridors were strewn with garbage and left over trays. The only redeeming quality are the sweet staff that work there. I was appalled at the poor state of this property and do not recommend staying there.
