We came here as a syrian group because we are travelling soon and because of their racism they neglected us and didnt serve us as they do to their regular customers and their food was old and not tastey at all no one ate it, they gave us some rooms with broken hair dryers and none working heaters Plus they didnt respond to our requests when we called them to come clean the rooms And because no one came to change the bags for the garbage bins we placed them infront of our doors and now the whole floor is filled with garbage bins no one came to collect it since yesterday This hotel is very bad we wont come back again shame on them

Hotel is small, rooms are small. It's more like a business suitable hotel. Staff are friendly (most of them). Pool is medium size, no kids area of kids pool. Hotel is close to the mall and a variety of restaurants and coffeeshops. No view from our room, not sure about other rooms though.

Pool entrance is 60.000 LBP during weekdays and 75.000 LBP during weekend. But the weekend starts early at Lancaster! I went on a Friday, & they decided it was a weekend. (Please mention it when you list your prices!) There are no changing rooms or shower, you leave with your chlore on.. !! Food & service are good. The pool is cozy but small, supposed to be open till 6, but they closed it at 4:30.. because they can. The person who answers on social media is friendly & professional. There is a lovely garden but its closed as well! The hotel might be good, but would I ever go again to that pool or recommend it?

The hotel itself is fine and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were a little tired and some of the bathroom fixtures were rusty but it's fine for the price. I was given a smoking room, which, unsurprisingly, stank of cigarette smoke. It was also at the front of the hotel, so I had the pleasure of listening to the traffic on the busy street all night. The hotel is a short ride from the airport, which is a plus, but it is in an area of town that has nothing within walking distance except a shopping mall. The food in the restaurant is good but one night it took 45 minutes for my meal to arrive. It is impossible to run outside from this hotel, which is something that I have never previously experienced in all of the hotels and cities that I have stayed in.

The hotel is close to the airport which saves time and worry from and to airport when you have participants from different countries. Being not close to downtown ensures that you will not keep looking for participants during the workshop. Carrefour is 10 minutes walk and Hallab for marvellous Oriental desserts is 5minutes walk. Transportation to downtown is 5 minutes walk. Staff is very friendly and cooperative and hotel is perfect for business meetings and workshops. Food is delicious but not so many varities. Rooms and rest rooms are clean and in good shape.

Lovely hotel with great facilities, pool and gym. The bedroom was exceptionally spacious with a very comfy bed. A highlight was the staff, who were outstanding, especially Hisham who was so accommodating and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Thank you!

The hotel and facilities are very nice. Rooms are cosy and clean. Location very accessible from the airport and not too far from the city centre by transport, The highlight of our stay at the Lancaster was definitely the staff. They were so welcoming, friendly and accommodating! Hisham at the front desk is an absolute star who went out of his way to help us!

I travel a lot, around the word, and tbh, quite fussy, when it comes to hotels, but staff make all the different. Everyone at the hotel was amazing from the driver who picked me up at the airport to the reception to the breakfast staff, to the maids and the concierge!
