“Home away from home” is the Beirut Lebanon Staybridge Suites’ motto but according to my experience, it was even better than home…this is something I would never have thought possible anywhere. This strong statement is going to astonish family and friends as everyone knows how much I love my home and relish my well-established routine there. What sets the Staybridge Suite apart isn’t only the breathtaking view and the strategic location: IT’S THE TEAM. I don’t know how this could be made possible but the level of friendliness of all the employees, their joviality, politeness, dedication to please and to help is to another level, starting from the front desk attendants, the cleaning crew and the waiters in the restaurant (especially Riad). The team is a league on their own. This is impressive as from the 72 countries I have visited, I’ve never experienced this feeling during any of my stays…whether in breathtaking resorts, in lavish 5-star hotels, in cute B & Bs or even in the rustic homestay in Lake Titicaca in Peru. I would like to express my sincere gratitude particularly to Maha for her kindness. She managed to extend my stay and got around the booking issue. I was strongly touched by her concern and her genuine wish to help. The homogeneous staff, all of them restored my faith in Lebanon, and the Lebanese people. Despite what they are going through, despite their ordeal, they genuinely make you feel welcome and wish to make you happy and enjoy your stay. I had to come and see it for myself. Room Size is the only plus at this 3.5 star hotel Pool was grimey Breakfast was basic Service was average Bathroom was dirty I guess its cheap price hotel but please dont rate it 5 star because it is far from it in every way possible No water pressure no hot water at all

Ii stay 2 night at stay bridge suite Beirut for business and leisure . This not first time I stayed here but this first time with my children . My children like this hotel because like home everything you can found around the hotel . I think it's best hotel now in Beirut . The electric 24/24 everything. Location is very good . The free breakfast is good enough 😊 . I recommend the hotel for family and solo.

African woman & solo traveler here! My stay was an extremely pleasant one. Members of staff were always ready to assist and were all polite. The view from the rooms are amazing. There is also a rooftop pool with a view of the city, I couldn’t use it because I was there during winter, but if I return during summer, I will definitely stay at Staybridge again and use the pool.

Over the past three months I has been staying at the Staybridge suites, It's amazing stay, good services friendly Staff, I would to thanks to The manager of hotel, reception and reservations staff In all shifts, (ALI-IBRAIHIM-ELSI-SARAH-YEASMINE-MAHER..), all of them was adorable and full of kindness, plus They were helpful, They are a huge asset to your hotel and deserves much kudos. The Room was most comfortable, super clean, nicely decorated and covered all needs. Over my stay I has been eating breakfast daily here, fresh delicious foods, the Waiter Wael is very active and prepares the breakfast place early. We enjoyed at the social meetings hour, 3 days a week, The Chef is present and welcomes everyone. I am afraid of forgetting anyone, but I make sure that all the hotel employees are in the highest level of professionalism and very kind with visitors, starting from the portal staff to Housekeeping, Thanks to All. I will definitely complete my stay in hotel while I am in complete comfort and happiness with these professional and pleasant staff. the rooms are great and the service is friendly. Excellent views from upper floors. It wasnt pool season yet but I would like to go back and check out the roof top in the summer! I dont know why im doing this. i would like to keep the place a secret, but in any case... I would definitely stay there again. Best rgds.
