I don’t like homemade food too much so I often tend to go out to have lunch or dinner. The first place that popped to my mind is “the cellar” restaurant at the Key Apart hotel. It's my favorite restaurant in town for many reasons. I visit it 2 to 3 times per week as my office is next by, the ambience is calm, so you can work while having your lunch or dinner and the food is extremely delicious, especially the swiss burger. But I would prefer if they offered more variety of food.

From the first email I sent inquiring about their availability till the time I checked out, the staff was nothing less than amazing. They were prompt in their replies, informative with their answers and took all my room's special requests into consideration and executed them better than what I had expected. Arriving to the hotel was easy, as well as finding a parking place next to it. They offer underground parking as well as street side parking spots. The check-in was swift and smooth and we were in our room in no time. The room was very clean, no bad odors or stains and very tidy. The bed is very comfortable. It was very quiet and we had a great night sleep. The breakfast was good, we had scrambled eggs, fava beans, cheese and fruits. Everything tasted good and seemed fresh. The filtered coffee was well prepared, not too strong nor bland. A very nice thing about the hotel is its mini-market located inside the hotel that's always open and has a big variety of items.…

Excellent hospitality services from pick up at the airport to check in. High quality and confortable room. State of the art architecture and design by Galal Mahmoud - GM Architects, Tasty and rich breakfast and restaurant Less than 1 mile away from Beirut downtown. Very central location. Excellent management and staff. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location is amazing, in a calm street. rooms are surprisingly designed, spacious and clean. Staff is so helpful and always smiling. Food is tasty and the service is so fast. Would definitely recommend it to others! Continue the great job team!

The staffs are very helpful and considerate. The breakfast is good but it'll be better if they change menus at least weekly. Great ambiance and interior as well. The rooms are very relaxing and comfortable after a day of stressful work. Nothing I can complain in my stay.

The key hotel is our home away from home! We’ve been coming to this hotel since it opened and still receive the same amazing hospitality as day 1! The service is unparalleled! The restaurant have daily Lebanese dishes (which we miss when we come to Lebanon) and also a la carte… amazing! My personal favorite is the chicken porcini! Must try! Also tried their spa massage! Super recommended! Now waiting for their bistro to open!! Can’t wait! Kudos on maintaining the same quality since it’s opening!

We are staying here at the hotel for 82 days, and it's been a week now, they are super caring, always on the go when you need something (one call away or one chat away). The staff is also super kind as in super kind, they always take care of you. I'd recommend this hotel for everyone who wants to come here in Beirut. You will not regret if you stay here for a long time. Also the foods are delicious especially the croissants and the strawberry jam (my favorite) ❤️ but hoping if they serve rice for breakfast 😅 and also the weather is perfect (so cold) unlike in Ph we only have summer 😅 though my body is adjusting to the cold weather 😁 but overall, it's perfect 👌🏼 I love this place now 🥰
