My luggage was lost coming to Kuwait and I have been waiting for some days to get it back. The personnel at the hotel was truly helpful with that - they were on the phone with the airport staff handling the lost luggage cases constantly - many times throughout the day so I didn't have to do anything else on that topic. Thanks for that again. Besides that, the room was clean, had enough free space, couldn't really hear anything from the outside. Breakfast was traditional European, so if you're flying from Europe you'll get something for yourself. The location of the hotel is great, I had some meetings at Cisco and could walk there every day (500m away). Transport from/to the airport can be arranged at the reception for 7KWD = 21eur.

The place is good, my room is big and has a nice view over the Arabian Gulf and the staff is also very friendly. However, over the course of this year, their laundry company managed to loose or even destroy my laundry FOUR times! Completely unacceptable.

The room was always clean and bath and the room very good space. The service over all like cleaning people, Service counter and breakfast room they are fast to help you and on a very good quality level of service. I‘m stayed again since, more than 10 years, during my last stay in KUWAIT for around 2 weeks in November 2019. Sure With my next trip to KUWAIT I will stay again in this hotel. Good extensive breakfast, comfortable bed. In dining: Need to change hamburger ingredients and mayonese is not well made. Need to fix air condition at 7th floor (it’s currently super cold). I was obliged to turn off completely my AC inside the room as even the technician came and he did not solve this issue. Need to add international channels on the TV, (BBC only was available, remaining channels all in Arabic language), besides poor quality image. Need to change treadmills in the gym. Both are very old, One is not working the other one with consumed or without buttons.

Its Was great Experience, The services are good the food is Great, comfy beds & Clean Rooms, Good View whether it's see side or city side. The Gym is good, The pool is cool but need to be heated, The sauna is Great it was my favorite thing. Food is Great, Breakfast is Great too

The hotel was super clean , the staff were friendly, the tv vision wasn’t clear, the breakfast was less than good, the location is great and so close to the buses station .. there is a good market for basic things close to it

Room was great and staff attentive. Breakfast was excellent but unfortunately only 'a la carte' menu available in evenings. Very close to business centre in downtown Kuwait City which made my business trip less stressful which is always a plus.
