Stayed there for 6 nights as waiting for quarantine to finish before I could enter Saudi. All emails corespondent was quick from the hotel and early check in request was applied, plus I have been upgraded to bigger room on the house. The hotel location just right next to Diplomatic area in Manama so it convenient to go everywhere, at the back of hotel there are plenty shops and cafe open till late night. Hotel staff always with welcoming smile and help you with any queries you have. I would say the room needs to renovate and the mini fridge need better cleaning, so as the bath room. Breakfast also need to have more selection instead of 3 choices (each choice with selected few items). This review based on the hotel as 4 star and I really think they have good service staff and so the management but the rooms states would not for a 4 star hotel. Hotel busy renovate the front area so I do hope their room would have renovate soon. I had to check out a week early due to situation change and hotel staff and reservation team has good communication and sorting out my request promptly (they have agreed to issue refund soon due to the H.O closed so will give an updated once their office open)

This place is stilling customers blindly, especially the club ground zero they are charging Bd 25 per cocktail and can't issue a proper bill from system. Probably staff are doing this as they serve way till 7aam and they can't also pocket the extra money they stilled. We refused to pay such prices as they refused to give us proper bill and ended up into a physical fight with dodgy manager and bouncer to get out of the place.

Brothel with Gangster indian mgmt. They stole $ 500 from my wallet. It's a NO NO. Customers there are of the lowest class. Mainly Saudi Thugs. The place is also nasty and you can tell you are inviting an STD. Two girls sat with me in the club and they took money from my wallet and ran from a back door and when I tried to go after them they told me customers aren't allowed there. I asked if those girls work there (which I'm sure oabout) they told me no. The back exit is a ladies bathroom and I can't go after them.

I was disgusted by this place and checked-out after one night. My room door was constantly knocked by girls offering their services and my phone rang incessantly, with the callers offering the same; I ended up taking it off the hook. The bar is totally without atmosphere and the many stuffed animals and birds look as if they have seen better days. As appears to be the norm throughout the hotel, I was continuously approached by girls asking me to buy them a drink and when I weakened and said okay to one girl she ordered a bottle of 'Champagne' (actually sparkling wine) at 350 BD (950 US$). Fortunately the Waitress highlighted this to me and I cancelled the order. This is more a bordello than a hotel. I'm sure it would be fine for a Stag Party but I dread the thought of a family booking in here. The room was dated but clean and there was a well stocked mini-bar, with additional refreshments and cigarettes on the desk. Well set up for a party. Beware of the prices charged for using the mini-bar as I heard another guest complaining about his bill when I was checking out. At 50BD (135 US$) per night for a room it is relatively inexpensive but I think you are expected to pay for 'Additional Services'. Not recommended.

obviously this hotel is only for singles seeking some fun. only the 'room service' is positive and all other services are going worst. used to be happening itseems, but it's getting worn out, rooms and bath room need refurbishment. maybe coz of that crowd was less, breakfast was bad, prices are unreasonably more. night clubs will be boring for expats, maybe arabs might like it. location is good, very conveinients to move around, staff are reasonably helpful. it was a sudden trip and i actaully was mostly out touring so used this hotel only to crash in the night, so didnt bother much.
