I went to this hotel thanks to the recommendation of Mr. Tawfeeq. It’s a cosy hotel in Madaba, close to the center, churches, restaurants, supermarkets… Wonderful people working there. And if you want to travel and visit Jordan, I highly recommend Mr. Tawfeeq (the one who introduced me this hotel). He is a guide who will help you with everything you need: accommodations, transport, where to eat, what to do, where to go… I felt like at home and really comfortable with him. He guided us during 2 weeks throughout Jordan. You can reach him at +962 7 7925 2500. You will not regret it.

I was introduced to the Salome Hotel by Mr. Tawfique who I will talk about later. The Salome Hotel is situated in Madaba, just a few minutes from Amman, Jordan. A family run hotel, they made me feel at home and were very kind and considerate. The rooms are very well appointed with everything I needed. I stayed there at the beginning and end of my trip, a total of 5 nights. Tawfique is a Fixer/Driver/Guide who took great care of me throughout my 2 weeks in Jordan. He knows everyone and everyone knows him. He even had a doctor come to my hotel to give me a PCR test at a very reasonable price. Then Tawfique delivered the printed result to me. Tawfique made my trip to Jordan very memorable and I highly recommend contacting him before you arrive in Jordan. He can be reached at 962 7 7925 2500.

Excellent and quiet location, parking close to shopping malls, restaurants and barbershop, serving a strong and delicious breakfast, and a very beautiful garden to eat breakfast outside, away from the important places in Madaba 10 minutes walking

It's not a 5 star hotel but it is cosy, it has good breakfast, nice balcony and friendly staff. AC worked good, wifi a bit weak. Nevertheless if you're looking for a good priced hotel in Madaba, this is your choice.

We chose this small hotel, because it was family owned. It is not part of a chain, and that is what we wanted. The people are very personable. Some might think that the decor and rooms are a bit past it. We came in December, and it was fun to be there near the Christmas season. The dining area is clean, and the food quite tasty. The hotel is located within walking distance to the Medaba Map, and Archeological park, which suited us well. It is modest, but that is what we wanted for our research in the area.

This was a really good hotel for a 2 star at its rates. Good sized room, updated bathroom, clean and strong AC. Also a great breakfast spread compared to other 3 stars in Jordan. Two thumbs up. If there needs to be a point for improvement, perhaps the balcony sliding doors and shower doors could be maintained better.

The outdoor area is very nice and peaceful but the rooms are a little worn and old. It has definitely seen better days and is in need of a refresh. But the staff are friendly and helpful and the bed was comfortable. Patchy wifi. Good location, not far from the main sights and strip - 10-15 min walk

The Hotel is in good position, every place is reachable from it. To visit Madaba cultural heritrage, mosaics and so on, Monte Nebo, Amman and the Dead Sea in fast a day journey. Hotel with good breakfast, very well person, safe and clean. You stay as in a family! Enjoy your stay!

Friendly, family-run hotel. Great AC. Room 48 had a spectacular shower! Service was outstandinging. The neighborhood and the hotel itself were quiet. An easy walk to the main sights of town. The only sour spot was check-out. We had to leave at 3 AM for the airport, so to avoid early morning stress, we checked out and paid in full the night before. As we tried to leave, we were told we hadn't checked out. I had to rummage for my receipt which was hard to find in my carefully packed suitcase. This cost 10 minutes on a tight time line and started our trip home on a stressful note.

We decided to stay the last night in this hotel before take our very early flight to Istambul. The hotel is simple but very good. The room is clean, good bed, very good shower, free wifi is ok. There's parking lot in front of the hotel. We enjoy the Madaba's restaurants and it's only 30min to airport( the road is very good). Recommended.
