Brilliant hotel, in a great location. The staff were so helpful. We had to leave super early for our flight and they did us a packed breakfast and a wake up call. The bar is a great place to hangout and it even has a pool table. The rooms are simple but clean and good sized. There’s also parking round the back and it’s a short walk from everything.
I stayed at the Mosaic for four nights and had the most enjoyable time there. The hotel is family run. Everyone was so kind and helpful, assisting with a trip to Mt Nebo and to the airport. The room was updated and modern, with a balcony facing the Main Street. It was very clean and I felt safe staying at this hotel. I had dinner there on three nights. The food comes from a restaurant across the street from them and was very good! I ate at the bar as opposed to the dining room. The breakfast was wonderful with lots of choices. The location was great. Go out the door heading to the right to visit St George’s Church. Go further and you’ll continue on to other major sites. I highly recommend this hotel!!!!
Stayed here for a night and it was a wonderful choice. Pros: -very warm and welcoming staff -got a city view room and it was very spacious -quite clean -the breakfast spread was quite amazing -centrally located and all the places of interests can be done on foot which we did Cons: Nothing really
This place was a welcome rest stop during our tour of Jordan. The hotel is really well decorated and the rooms are very comfortable. It’s located in the heart of town close to very good restaurants. The hotel includes a bar and a very good breakfast buffet.
Great Choice. Safe and Clean. Modern bathroom. Has a Balcony. Nice bar with decent cocktail prices. You can eat in the bar and doesn’t have to leave the hotel when you are tired. Better stay here than in the amman airport hotel!
We were visiting this hotel in June 2022 with friends and family. All services were upscale even if it is "just" a 3 star hotel, services, cleanness, rooms size and food was more like at a 4 star hotel. Staff really nice, even if they had did not really speak English, they compensated it with kindness. We had late check-in, so we ordered dinner in advance. They prepared a very rich 4 course menu (for 12JOD/pers), richer then a buffet dinner - and all food was very tasty. Rooms: very clean, with a mini fridge (not minibar), some with balcony looking to the main street. Complimentary water and napkins in each room. The only negative point (for a European) was the "wake up call" - due to the proximity of the Mosque be prepared that the Imam will call you to prayer at 5 am, and 6 times /day :)…
I stayed here for 1 night in June 2022 as a stop over from Mount Nebo to Petra the next day. There is free breakfast here that starts at 7am. The food is great. The location of this hotel is very much in the downtown. Most of the restaurants close around 10PM. The free parking is around the corner of the hotel (rear) not gated. But i feel it is secure. The neighbourhood is safe at night. I highly recommend this hotel. The guest services are polite and hospitable - also the rooms are clean and air conditioned. My sleep was very comfortable.
Very convenient hotel with free parking in the center of Madaba just a few minutes from the main sites. Great service at check-in. The gentleman gave us a map of the city and showed us where to see the main sites. Nice large and clean room. Okay breakfast. A good place to stay !
This is a very nice hotel - comfortable, clean, good value and well-located - with friendly and helpful staff. We didn't eat an evening meal, but the buffet breakfasts were lovely. A good choice to explore Madaba and surrounding areas
This is a great choice in Madaba. It's a clean, modern hotel with very friendly staff/family ownership who speak English fluently. Good location (and a cozy bar, to boot). Within walking distance of the church and lots of restaurants; across the street from a brand new mall. Would highly recommend.
