Nicely renovated and clean rooms, new bar, and great dinner with a chef that exceeded our expectation. Staff was very professional and made sure we were happy. Would stay here again. Bathroom in lobby area needs an upgrade.

Already I booked available room by the website for my myself and my friends, when i arrived to the hotel the reception employee refused to give me the room by saying ( its not available) even after i told him that its available on your website and still he refused. He weast our time coming to the hotel, taking long time on the way, at the end of the day for nothing. I'm really upset for what has happened even he didn't try to help us. He wants give us 2 rooms for 3 person so we have to pay double the price THIS IS VERY CHEAP WAY TO SALE ROOMS IN HOTEL .

The staff were fantastic, could not fault them at all. The hotel is undergoing renovations but still comfortable. Great size shower / bathroom. Beds comfortable with bar fridge to keep your drinks cool when you purchase them. The meals were lovely we ate well and if you required something else it was no problem. Drinks minus alcohol were included in our package. Has wifi and a couple of English channels. Downside, renovations and not completed to the highest standard but would definitely go back to this hotel

Amazing staying Very nice hotel. We had a privat room with breakfast included ( about 2 people). The best at this Hotel is the location. All local markets and malls around .clean rooms free wife. great service .friendly stuff specially the the employee lena was so helpful.thanks liwan hotel for every thing

Hotel it is was great all need you want around it. Malls and markets. Room clean and staff so so helpful Mr abu nemr and lena on time help us . Wifi high speed . Breakfast testy . In hotel there is Bar and night club . Transfer services available . Hotel under renovation to be luxury and near to airport
