The place is nice and quiet. Staff are very friendly. As for the quality of Italian food as opposed to the international level expected from such a sough-after cuisine, the place leaves much to be desired; their wild mushroom soup was actually good, but the sirloin steak was mediocre. They have a good selection of beverages, but their cocktails need a lot of work. What I did like was the staff. Motei’ was nice and helpful, and was checking all the time if things were ok. The chef, Shadi, also took the trouble to come and ask what was wrong with the steak and was ready to take comments and listen. He even changed the plate to something I liked better. A good staff I think can compensate for other issues. This restaurant/Cafe will be better with time.

Excellent Hotel BUT there are 10 boulevard Ariaan by Rotana hotel buildings in the complex and if you don’t call them or email them you’ll be dragging you’re luggage around a huge complex being told to go from building to building. Best if you call them and arrange your reservation that way and demand to know whuxh building. I’d suggest building 3 because it’s the one with the Italian cafe attached and whee b/fast is served.

All in all, it's a good hotel but the hygiene standards could be improved and you need to provide soundproof rooms so that guests don't have to hear the noise and loud music all night. Otherwise, enjoyed my stay and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Great place and friendly staff,room space was acceptable. On call housekeeping response is impressive. Location : enjoying the variety of restaurants. However, the crowded area in the Boulevard area, especially on weekends, may impact the quietness! Overall staying rate was 9/10 and appreciated the staff support.

What a wonderful weekend to be spent in an extremely modern beautiful and clean hotel. The staff was really kind and professional. The location of the hotel is fantastic , you can find plenty of restaurants and cafes where you can enjoy the night without the need to travel or drive. One last detail: The breakfast is delicious

The room was well-enough equipped, although only superficially clean: all the chairs and sofas were stained, for example. Something I didn’t find on the website was that this hotel is in at least 4 different buildings. I was in number 4, which has no amenities: breakfast was 200m around to another place and the gym was in yet another building more than 400m walk. Not what you want when it’s over 30° outside. Added to this the Boulevard of shops and restaurants is packed with people until very late at night. My room looked out on the road and it was extremely noisy from gridlocked traffic and blaring horns until past 1am.
