Common areas and the dining room do not have heat and are not clean. Bathroom and bedroom smell of cigarette smoke and are not scrubbed well. Internet connection doesn’t work in room and neither does it work in the business center. Do not stay here.

We had a problem when checking-in. Reception Staff is lazy and not checking the booking properly. They let us suffer and pay. They are not ready to listen. They didn't explain properly the rules on our booking, especially the extra bed. They are so rude and no respect at all. When they call the Manager, he did not even give solutions to our problem. He is just following his staff. They are not ready to listen. They did not solve our problems. We will never ever go back to this hotel again. Staff and Manager required to go for Effective Communication Skills and Product Knowledge!!!!!!!!!!!!

The whole hotel is very dirty. The breakfast room was so bad we didn't have breakfast there. The rooms are dusty and poorly kept. There aren't enough towels and the ones that are available are old and shabby. The staff didn't seem to think anything was a problem and we had to insist that they cleaned our room again. The location of the hotel is excellent but the whole experience is very unpleasant.

I had to change the first hotel I stayed in ... this was a nice experience .. room was large and the experience was reasonable and adequate .. the view was sooo calm and nice .. make sure u take an elevated floor .. since the hotel is built on a clift of a mountain in the middle of the city .. highly recommended

We booked here last minute after another hotel (Gallery Guesthouse) completely lost our reservation. They were kind enough to accommodate us, and put us on the 4th floor. The views of second circle and beyond were gorgeous, and the bed was extremely comfortable. It was great to have a fridge in the room as well, and the room itself was spacious. On the other hand, though, the hallway choked with cigarette smoke, and often had bags of trash waiting for pickup at all hours of the day. We asked for some things from our car which was valet parked and waited several hours for them to come, and had to remind the front desk several times. They also booked us in a conjoining room with some men who were shouting all night, and when we called they asked the men to be more quiet rather than moving us. The men continued to try the doorknob and make noise all night. The worst thing, though, was the bathroom which was covered in mildew and mold. The bathtub was physically broken and despite the shower being warm with good water pressure, I did not feel clean afterward because the bathroom was so old, worn out, and appeared unclean.

We've got a room on an 8th floor, so the views of Amman were amazing. Also, the room was really spacious - we've got a twin room with two couches and loads of space. However, the European cable of my computer didn't fit (the phone's charger was fine) in the sockets. The breakfast wasn't very satisfying since we've only got sweets for breakfast. And when they run out of food, they didn't take extra, so basically, instead of sausages, we've only found some boiling water.

you approach the hotel you realize is not 4*, you get in the elevator - not 3*, in front of the room you pray not to find bugs. with mushrooms you are served in the bathroom and in the staircase to the restaurant. no operational wifi except in the restaurant. breakfast buffet sufficient but vegetables, bread and pastries were sliced at least 2 days before. "do not disturb the waiters" in their internet games, long time their clothes were not seeing a washing machine. the room was made once in a 3 nights stay. booked a car by the hotel (said to be a hotel car), the receptionist sent me at 10 pm to search an ATM to pay the driver. if you search a 4* - forget it. if you search a good discount - you'll find better at 80$/day

The hotel room was very small, but the beds were good. Things in the bathroom didn't look very clean. The breakfast was o.k., but things were not clean, the floor and stairs were very sticky. After complaining about this, they cleaned it.
