Found this to be a lovely and comfortable hotel. The staff were all very nice and the rooms were modern, clean and comfortable. There was everything you would need for a nice stop. Good bathroom and plenty of space in the rooms. The breakfasts were good each morning and we also ate the buffet for an evening meal. A very nice hotel.

Really lovely find! After first being suspicious we’d be paying far too much at one of the international chain hotels that dominate the Amman market, we settled on the Toledo and were not disappointed. Rooms were large and clean, with nice beds and great aircon. Breakfast was a well equipped buffet for western tourists or a suhoor available to fasting guests (we were there at Ramadan). Very fast and reliable WiFi and a 24 hour menu that was reasonably priced rounded out the experience. The hotel is walkable to the Citadel within 30 minutes and is a cheap (2-3JOD) taxi ride to the more posh parts of western Amman. Would happily stay again!

My mother and I stayed for 4 nights in this hotel during a tour of Jordan. Spacious rooms with very comfortable beds, fridge and kettle, private bathroom with huge shower and everything you need. We took advantage of the self-service half board and I must say that the quality is at the top. International breakfast with a vast choice of savory but also sweet, for our Italian awakening, with croissants, jams, cereals and baked desserts. For dinner, a vast assortment of local appetizers, rice, pasta, meat/fish and desserts. Excellent cleanliness in the room and in the common areas. The hotel is located approximately 2.5 km from the center of Amman, which can be reached with a walk of approximately 45 minutes or with taxis which regularly pass in front of the hotel. We had a great time and the memories of part of this holiday go to the Toledo hotel and its trained, helpful and always smiling staff. Thank you

Breakfast with a lot of variety, there is a chef who cooks egg-based dishes on the spot.. I recommend the pancakes!

the toledo hotel in amman is a three to four star hotel with clean comfortable rooms and a varied breakfast to start the day. The staff are friendly and courteous and assist you in every query raised. it is central to town and is 20 minute walk to downtown area and is positioned near shops and restaurants. Its reception area is of an moroccan theme and is used by many tour companys as a base . i would recommend the hotel to any fellow traveller on a budget or needs a central base.

We stayed here one night before our Intrepid tour and two nights afterwards. This is a really clean and nice hotel. We liked the decor and decoration of this hotel - it felt authentic. The night before the tour, we had a room on the 5th floor facing the parking lot and mosque. It was a bit small, and the call to prayer woke us up early in the morning, so we asked for a different room for the two nights after the tour. That room was on the 1st floor facing inwards and was very quiet. This room was quite spacious and appeared to have been remodeled. We had a little sitting area with a table. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious. But what we liked the best is the room service we ordered the last two nights for dinner. It came quickly (within 20 minutes) and was absolutely delicious. And very affordable!!

Stayed here for 1 night upon arrival in Amman and then again for 2 nights toward the end of the trip. The Hotel resonates with Jordanian architecture seamlessly throughout the property including mosaic designs. The rooms are super quiet but sadly did not have a view.
Breakfast has sumptuous options including an Omelette & Pan Cake station. Service is excellent across Front Desk, Restaurants, and Room services with the right people ready to do everything they can to make your stay comfortable with a smile on the face and expecting the least in return. The Front Desk staff are the stars of the Hotel who are professional and friendly and were kind enough to upgrade us to a Family Room despite the Agent booking us a Triple Room (for a family).
The Hotel is located off a quiet street (backside) and is under 10 minute's drive to downtown by cab. There are also some good restaurants and convenience stores that can be covered on foot.
Breakfast has sumptuous options including an Omelette & Pan Cake station. It is really nice to arrive at a hotel, just past midnight and be greeted by warm smiling faces. The staff we encountered were efficient and courteous. Our two day stay was really pleasant and the breakfasts superb. Even at meal times the staff were very eager to please, particularly the man tasked with making omelettes and pancakes! The rooms were very tidy and the hotel spotless. However, some of the views from the room were a little uninspiring but as the hotel was serving mainly as a base for activities elsewhere, this was not a problem. Rooms 611 & 612 overlooked a car park in an adjacent building. Very quiet and unlike our last visit to Amman there was no call to prayers heard from our room. The layout of the hotel was a little confusing as the building was built on a slope and the reception was on a higher level than most of the rooms.

We spent two nights here before we toured Jordan and two nights after. We were upgraded to a suite the second time which was lovely. The staff were very helpful when we were trying to find a particular restaurant and even booked our taxi for us. The breakfast was ok but would have benefited from some sliced fruit such as melon and grapefruit. It was an ideal hotel for us.

As soon as we stepped in we got such good positive vibes. Staff were friendly and so helpful that anything we needed they made sure to give it to us. The chef who makes breakfast, knew how I was craving watermelon and made sure it was served to us at breakfast to my surprise. All these small things matters and I can't fault it in any way.
We all used to look forward to eating breakfast as we had a nice selection and foods. Service is amazing and staff are very progressional.
Currently in another hotel near Petra and we are having an awful time getting the basic and I can't to return to your hotel.
