It’s a small and cosy hotel, very close to all you should see and visit, but at the same time in a small and quiet street, so you can relax on the terrace, or sleep without the sound of cars passing and honking. It’s immaculately clean and well kept (can easily compete in this regard with many higher rank hotels in Europe). The breakfast is small, but delicious and let you try some local tastes. The real treasure of this place however, is its staff. Everyone was very kind and attentive; giving visit trips, offering a drink and just being kind. The lovely lady at the kitchen/restaurant deserves an additional star! Would definitely recommend everyone visiting.

The hotel staff is friendly and will assist you with any information or support they have available. The location is central in the city for easy of movement. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable, BUT the walls are quite thin. You can easily hear the people in rooms around you. The hotel does NOT have wash/face towels, you must have or purchase your own. Also, the smell of cigarette smoke is prevalent throughout the hotel even in the non-smoking rooms. Breakfast served is more a local type with breads, cheeses, fruit, a deli type meat and coffee, tea and limited juices. I rate it as highly as I do because of my opinion of the staff, cleanliness, size of the rooms, comfort and location.

Celine is clean, quiet and has a good location. The room was big, with a small kitchen (with a small fridge) if you needed it, a large bed, and a separate lounge area. The room is more simple and basic but it really has everything you need for a few days in Amman. I would recommend it and I would stay again.

Clean room. Kitchenette and fridge exist. Always someone at the reception. Seating area outside is nice. Staff speaks English. Room cleaning available. All requests were promptly served. We were really happy with our stay. Taxis have slight difficulty finding it. It does not have a laundry etc but this is not what we expect. Breakfast was good. Pricing was good. The windows have no curtains and it is possible to look into the rooms at night when lights are on.

This is a very clean and quiet hotel! Rooms are a good size and very comfortable! My room had a kitchenette and all you need to do is ask for cooking items and the reception will organise for you. It has a small fridge and 2 hot plates for cooking.
The staff are great and will do their best to make sure you have everything you need! Also, they speak great English!
Breakfast is good Arabic breakfast with big portions. The best thing is it is not a buffet so food is fresh!

We stayed here for 4 nights when visiting Amman and enjoyed our stay. The hotel is quiet and we found the room suite comfortable for a family of 3 adults. The beds were comfortable, good shower. The breakfast was outstandingly good. The staff were very nice. The only problem we had was that we found the rooms hot even with the heating switched off. It was about 19C during the day, colder 10C at night. I had thought the hotel had a/c but this was not switched on while we were there, only the heat and we were told to open our windows. Unfortunately this meant we could here the nearby very busy road. I think the hotel management should take guests requests into account and if they advertise a/c rooms, that should be in the guests control.

Great, comfortable room with nice, hot shower and king size bed. Breakfast was very tasty and fresh. Staff is super accomodating and helpful. They helped us make phone calls (the airline lost my bag) and even ordered a pizza for us when we arrived super late at night. Such friendly people--really some of the kindest I've met in all my travels.

Decent looked hotel with spacious room. Price generally affordable and reasonable. Although the room's interior a little bit old style and some part got a little bit stain but not really a big deal. 30-45 mins walk to the rainbow street, advise to take a taxi to the city centre.

Very clean, staff super friendly. In the city center. We encounter traffic but with gps it was easy to find. Very affordable. The Breakfast was included in the room rate. it was delicious with typical Jordanian cuisine. Highly recommended it.

We arrived late at night, in pouring rain. The staff and manager were very welcoming and friendly. Our room was clean and spacious, incorporating a double bedroom, separate seating area (with sofa, table and TV), a small kitchenette area and a shower room. The only negative was the slippery floor – I’m not sure what they had used to clean the floor, but it had left a greasy residue. The staff were very helpful, ordering us some takeaway food to be delivered to our room and also managing to find a local store to get us a beer as there is not much available locally, and the rain was torrential.
The hotel is not particularly convenient for the tourist sights (Citadel, downtown etc.) but is close to the Jet Bus terminus. We needed to check out early the next morning (6:00am) to get the 6:30am bus to Wadi Musa, and the staff were very accommodating, preparing us a traditional breakfast (before their normal breakfast time) and arranging a taxi to collect us as it was still raining and we didn’t fancy the walk to the Jet Bus. The only negative with breakfast was that it is served in an area just off the reception which was used for the rest of the day by guests to sit, drink and smoke, so there are ashtrays on the tables and a residual smell of tobacco.
All in all, the hotel served our purposes well as a one night stop-off in Amman before moving on to tour Jordan
