The room is very comfy, comes with a closet, safe, hairdryer, American-friendly plugs, and hygiene products. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. And the breakfast was delicious and included traditional Jordanian breakfast items.

Thanks and Thanks

We sincerely thank and appreciate your outstanding hotel manager for the great effort you have made to serve a dinner and lunch buffet. It was a special experience in every way, as we ⁇ the variety of dishes and quality of the food, as well as being presented in a stylish and distinct manner that reflects high professionalism.

The coordination and organization were top-notch, giving meals a cozy and enjoyable atmosphere. The attention to detail, both in the choice of fresh ingredients and the top-notch service provided by the staff, had a big impact on our experience.

We express our special appreciation for the hospitality of the crew, as everyone was ready to cater to our needs and ensure everyone''s comfort. Our visit was a memorable experience and we will be sure to come back in the future. Thank you for everything and wish you more success.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights during our pilgrimage to Jordan. The rooms are large and comfortable, the bathroom a bit dated, especially the shower that has only the fixed shower head. On the other hand, there is the bidet. The rooms overlooking the busy street are noisier. Early in the morning (from about 5am) there was a noise, which lasted at least until we got up, of not
identified nature (vacuum cleaner? Dryer?) that came from the inside.
Good breakfast and dinner

Rooms and bathrooms must be refurbished. There is only one outlet for guest use in the room, you cannot use the rest. The internet goes and comes, untrustworthy. The glass should be cleaned from the outside, it is not visible outside. Dining is the same at the lunch and evening buffet. The food at the start of service doesn’t refresh, and if you’re late, you’re consuming outstanding merchandise. No fruit options. Room service menu is limited.

From the moment you arrive in the hall there is a lot of smell of tobacco and not to mention in the rooms.
The view from the window looked out onto a pedestrian overpass, so we could greet pedestrians.
The window didn't close properly and although we told the suitcase man he didn't go any further, so the night was uncomfortable due to the noise of cars on the road.
The buffet is poor, and they made the tortillas on the spot.

Good place, clean, comfortable, good breakfast with variety of vegetables, desserts, egg, etc.
Rich dinner and offer you free water at dinner and in the room leave a large bottle, plus coffee and tea with a kettle in the same room to drink whenever you want. Business nearby to buy what you need. I just suggest you install a plug next to the bed.

The Geneva Hotel is a little frayed around the edges: wifi occasionally temperamental, shower pressure a bit weak, curtains let in some light. However, I wasn't troubled by noise and slept well (room floors largely covered by carpet); I liked the buffet meals and service was good; easy free parking for hire car; we used it as a conference location which all worked well. It is some way from the buzz of downtown Amman but the flipside is that it's quick and easy to drive from the hotel and South out of the city to Dead Sea, Petra, etc, and to the airport. I'd definitely stay there again

Comfortable and quiet rooms, a cleaning of the windows wouldn't hurt. Standard but pleasant cuisine, rich breakfasts with freshly prepared dishes. Efficient staff, a few more smiles would make the service less impersonal.

Hello dear hotel officials
I stayed with you for more than 21 days. Qais was greeted at the reception desk by a smiling, courteous and respectful person. I stayed at the hotel. The breakfast was good, but the bread was stale in the morning. Bread is the basis for breakfast. As for lunch, I went to lunch. Lunch is normal.

Bad service. I went a few minutes late. They did not receive me even though I was in dire need of lunch. My wife and I. As for room service, the worst thing in the hotel. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. They sent me fried chicken with cheese, mortadella, and lettuce. It is not edible, and the chicken does not equal 100 grams in the sandwich and potatoes. Cold and the price is approximately 12 dinars, cheap a lot

They did not understand me until after a long argument. This is not my order and it is not what is on the sandwiches menu
The best thing about the hotel is the location and Ayman Al-Disi, who masters his work with all love and respect, cleanliness and attention to the rooms and guests, good treatment and a smile

No idea in fact I have applied to the visa in advance of my travel and when I arrived to the airport it was all good, however I would recommend to get a Jordan Pass for your trip which makes it way easier to skip queues and pay nothing in heratige and archeoligist sites.

How safe is it to walk around in the hotel neighbourhood?
Answer from SuePT
Renfrew, Canada460 contributions214 helpful votes
I am now replying to my own question! We felt very safe walking around the area but there is nothing to see! If you cross the foot bridge there is a cheap Gyro place that was great. On the same side as the hotel to the left is a mini mart and a wine store. The wine is pretty pricey compared to home.

El Wifi era caro y de mala calidad. No te recomiendo comprarlo. No obstante, con la primera noche nos "regalaron" 24 horas. Se puede pagar en dólares y euros, sin problema.
