The staff are very friendly especially at the reception and the restaurant. Concierge Daoud is very helpful and warm and restaurant waiter Osama is exceptional. The rooms are spacious but cleaning and heating system can be much better. The room was not cleaned frequently despite asking for it unless we make a deal out of it.

the staff are fantastic, really can not fault them, they are very friendly , helpful and cheerful. the hotel is in an OK location, few restaurants, shopping centers and a mall around the area. the first room i stayed in was below average, there was only one power point to charge my phone, tablet,....and in too many occasions i had to choose between making a cup of coffee or charge my phone. the USB portal didn't work. the second room was a bit better but i had to call maintenace to fix the hot water. the Restuarant is super crazy at lunchtime, amazing breakfast but dinner is a hit and miss

Hotel staff were very helpful, particularly Thaer who worked very hard in making sure all our needs were met. From the moment we arrived, he was always there to help with luggage, front desk questions or anything else we needed.

Very good! Staff were all very nice and approachable. The food was good and there was a lot of variety for the continental breakfast. The cleaning staff were very helpful and did a good job. Would recommend for anyone travelling to Amman.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights while on a tour. The first night our room was very small and dark. The carpets were filthy and it smelled terrible. The air conditioner sounded like a plane taking off so could not use at night. The shower curtain was filthy. The whole room was very dated and worn and not clean. The next night we stayed a few days later was a suite so more room and brighter. The air conditioner was quiet but the internet didn’t work in room. But again the shower curtain was dirty as well as the room. Dust bunnies on my pillow. Very dated and worn. Worst hotel on our tour. Would not recommend.

There is nothing particularly special about this hotel. The design is weird and the bathroom was dated. The bed was ok. The restaurant was alright but weird that is was always empty. The WiFi is annoying but sort of works I guess. The whole place has a sketchy feeling. Just spend 30 more bucks to stay at a real hotel like the Sheraton. It’s worth it.

We had two bad nights because we were at the front of the hotel which is on a main road. Our room was really a suite which was nice but the bedrooms were at the front so very noisy. The rest of the hotel was good though. Excellent wi fi and the buffet restaurant had a varied choice of meals for breakfast and dinner. It is a dry hotel if that bothers you.

Good rooms, but a little noisy, there is no option for a good view “all rooms are on the street”. Room service was excellent and fast.. but the receptionists are below average! Too long wait time to check-in! They made us wait for 40mins, even though we have arrived 5 hours after check in time! We’ve also asked for a drop off at airport at 16:30, the driver came at 15:00! And they’ve sent a staff member every 10mins to tell us that our driver is here even though we have told them that we were waiting for someone who will arrive at 16:00! Bellboy’s are the worst! They are very annoying and very “tip- driven” in a disgusting way! They won’t help when their help is needed, but would help when the job is easy! The room service and the breakfast and dinner“specially breakfast” were amazing! They are way above 5 stars…
