We stayed here for 11 nights and got a room upgrade and lounge access as a Platinum member.
We had a room with 2 beds, laminate flooring and an extra shower.
The room was always well cleaned, the beds were as we are used to at Marriott.
The fitness center was huge and offered a wide range of equipment. There was a swimming pool and with separate accesses for women and men a steam bath and saunas each.
Breakfast offered a variety of choices, we never got bored in the 11 days. The staff was very active and helpful, highlighting here is the manager Ahmad, he was always very accommodating.
When we got back in time in the evening, we were delighted with the versatile selection of cold and hot food in the lounge. There are also soft drinks, beer and wine.
Parking went very well, the car was received by a staff member and parked free of charge.

This hotel fully deserves its 5 stars. Although the rooms may seem outdated at first glance, they are nevertheless extremely comfortable, spacious and particularly well thought out. The bathroom is a pure delight.

The welcome when you get out of the taxi is always impeccable, check-in is easy and quick, and the suitcases are taken straight to your room. The lobby of this hotel is splendid, immense, masterful, while being cozy and warm. It’s a pleasure to discover it and come back to it regularly.

It would be possible to stay in this hotel for several days without getting bored and lacking anything. The Italian restaurant is very pleasant and has all the makings of a very good restaurant; it is also possible to go to the bar for a drink or eat a burger, or even to have a club sandwich in the atrium, not to mention room service (which I did not have the opportunity to use) . I had the chance to try out the swimming pool, which is absolutely fantastic, as are the hot tubs. The attached gym is not the usual gym you find in hotels; it is a full-fledged, gigantic fitness club with state-of-the-art machines.

Finally, the breakfast is simply exceptional. Beyond a very wide choice, it is possible to order personalized assortments. I, who never take the trouble to go to hotel breakfasts, didn't miss a single one!

I stayed at the Sheraton Amman Al Nabil Hotel on my return trip from Dubai, as my connecting flight to Damascus was very early the next morning.
I had arranged for the Hotel’s driver to collect me from Queen Alia International Airport.
Upon entering this fantastic hotel, I immediately felt that I was coming “home”, as each employee greeting me warmly.
The check in process was very professional as the Front Desk Team told me that all my request were taken care of, and this included a room upgrade to a beautiful suite and to have a walk-in shower available, with shower matts, etc.
The Front Desk Manager walked me up to my suite and asked if I needed any thing else in my room.
Since this was going to be one of my shortest hotels stays, I decided to rest an hour before going down to the Sheraton Lounge to enjoy a light dinner.
Believe it or not, I arrived at the Sheraton Amman at 5:00 pm on Friday afternoon and I departed the hotel the next morning at 05:00 am! Only twelve hours, yet those twelve hours went by so fast and so well that only at the Sheraton Amman could this fantastic short stay have happened.
I had arranged for a hotel car to take me to the airport for my departure that early morning.
The check out process was fast and professional, as my bill was waiting for me. Plus, the Bellman arrived to my door exactly on time and took my suitcases down to my waiting car.
To be very honest, no hotel could have made my short stay so enjoyable as that of the Sheraton Amman Al Nabil Hotel did for me last week.
Finally, when a hotel makes you feel like a preferred guest and your stay feels like you are “at home” what more could a guest ask for?

These hotels, you have seen one you've seen them all. They all look the same, which is not bad, since everything in the room is as you expect it to be where you expect it to be. My room could use some renovation. The faucet of hot water leaked a little bit. The mat starting to look a bit old. View was great and almost everything I needed was there, with the exception of an extra blanket. I'm sure they would have brought one, had I asked.

Now the service is what makes the hotel amazing. You feel looked after. Everyone is nice, wherever you go. Before you need them, they are there. One exception though. A receptionist charged me 150 USD as a deposit when they charged a colleague 75 USD for the same duration. This, I realized at the end of the stay. I would have not mentioned this if it were not for the gentleman's response when I asked him during check-in why he was charging a deposit of almost 30% of the amount of the full stay. He said I should be charging you 50 per night, and I am doing you a favor by charging 150. That felt very disingenuous.

I ate twice at the Toscana. Here as well, sevice is perfect. Food was great, except for desert that was above average.

Food at the Spice Garden was great too. Had breakfast and lunch there.

Both pools close at 6.30. Now this is very common, but perhaps hotels like this receiving people traveling for business should extend the opening hours of their pools for people who finish around 6.

I would definitely recommend the Sheraton. It's good value for money, especially if you manage to grab it at one of the decently priced websites.

This hotel is nice. It’s more upscale than most. The lobby is spacious and beautiful. Check in was easy. The hotel is a little hard to navigate but you figure jt out quickly.
The room is large and clean. There is tons of closet space and drawers to unpack. There is a desk in the room which is nice for working. There is a small chair which is nice to sit in order to not have to sit in the bed all the time. A small refrigerator is also provided. The bottled water is complementary and restocked daily by house keeping.

I wasn’t a huge fan of the provided soaps on the bathroom. A long but narrow soaking tub is available in the shower. The water pressure is fantastic but no handheld shower attachment is available.
The bed is comfortable with plenty of pillows.

Breakfast included a huge variety is hot and cold items, anything you could possibly imagine, as well as freshly squeezed juices.

The bar offers a buy one get one free happy house which was good after a long day of business meetings.
Staff is friendly and accommodating.

Stayed here on business with 2 colleagues for 7 nights in March including the start of the Holy month of Ramadan. The hotel was easy to find from the airport and the valet parking was excellent throughout the stay. The reception area is impressive and the bell hops were efficient. We checked into Club rooms which were large, airy and kept at a good temperature throughout. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable leading to some excellent sleep throughout the working week. Housekeeping was unobtrusive and efficient, thank you. As Ramadan was declared, we expected some reduction in service but in reality there was no change at all. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of fresh fruits, cooked western and Arabic foods, fresh pastries and juices - an excellent start to the day with attentive service. The highlight for my party was the lounge. We enjoyed the happy hour in the evening where we were very well looked after by Maha. The food on offer was varied and extremely tasty, thank you to the chefs. Being able to pick up a tea or coffee on return to the hotel in the afternoon was nice too. The reception team were smiley and courteous and dealt with all but one of our issues. I needed to print some certificates that were an odd size and needed a bit of experimentation. There isn’t an established business centre as such but there are 2 computers in reception area networked to a laser printer. The black toner was practically empty and despite asking on 2 separate days, the toner was not replaced. The receptionists all offered to print for me if I sent the documents by email, but that was impractical sadly. I understand that there was some difficulty in sourcing the toner but to have no printer available for 3 days isn’t very impressive to be honest. That is the sole reason this review isn’t a 5*. We will come back again as the staff make this hotel what it is, and I look forward to it.

Had a short stay at the Sheraton Amman. The hotel is not the neweset of hotels in the area, however very well maintained. To be fair, the cost is way less than if you stay at the Ritz or St. Regis on the other side. The location is at an upscale part of Amman with fancy hotels all over the 5th circle.

As a Ambassador Elite, I reiceved an upgrade to a junior suite which is always great to feel appreciated for loyalty. Special thanks to Ms. Heba Faroun for following up with me before, during and after my stay. Not all Bonvoy group hotels provide such treatment to Bonvoy members.

I enjoyed my junior suite very much, which had a lovely view of the city. It was spacious with a comfortable bed and a lovely marble bathroom.

The thing I liked the most was the lounge on the ground floor, which had a variety of quality food including sushi!

Had a couple of drinks at "the bar" which was nice and a bit pricey as you would expect.

Breakfast was nice (not exceptional), coffee quality can be improved.

All-in-all, a great stay and I would come again when I visit Amman.

Visiting Petra I wanted a reasonably priced hotel w a pool and club room. As a titanium member upgraded to top level huge one bedroom suite. It is an older hotel and there are definitely newer nicer put together hotels. What makes this is the staff- arrived at 3.30am and the reception could not have been nicer at a time where you normally get some grumpy guy. After checking me in he took me to the club so I could take some cold drinks up to the room. Breakfast has an amazing variety and is served in both the club lounge and main restaurant. Choose the restaurant if you have it included. On two nights there were weddings on my floor- they proactively asked if I wanted to move but I felt I was far enough away and heard nothing. They left handmade chocolate for my trouble. I do not remember the waiter in the club but he makes the evening. Always a smile even when the room is packed(lots of people stay here long term) he was there when you finished your drink. Would recommend the hotel updating some of the furniture and adding some pictures to the room I had. Lovely size, great bed but felt soulless. Just a few pics or some fresh flowers could liven the room.

The staff at this hotel makes staying here such a pleasure. We enjoyed the breakfast and ate dinner at Toscana most nights bc the homemade pasta was exceptional.

The rooms were well appointed and the beds are comfortable.

The only item out of place, the DJ at a party one night during our stay. Too loud after midnight. Ask for a room away from any parties if you have small children easily awakened.

On August 31, 2023, while at the pool with family, I encountered a dangerous broken glass hazard inside the children's pool, leading to a 10-day recovery due to injury. The hotel staff's response was unsatisfactory; they asked for my insurance instead of helping. I had to use my own vehicle with a hotel driver to reach the hospital, which I consider a breach of a 5-star hotel's duty of care. I'm deeply disappointed in their safety measures, requesting an investigation, explanation, and improved staff response for future emergencies.

However, the Sheraton management team attempted to resolve the issue by inviting me to enjoy another day at the pool, which did not address the core problem.
