With each stay, I have been consistently treated like royalty. The staff here is not only amazing and friendly, but they make you feel truly special with every check-in, as though you are the only guest they have—despite their bustling environment. The hotel hits the mark with everything: location (area surrounded by many shops, restaurants, pharmacies, rooms (tastefully decorated with very comfortable beds)

Great hotel and convenient location, lots of shops at the connect galleria mall and many others right outside within walking distance. The hotel is very clean, furnished and decorated nicely. There is a very strain perfume smell in the lobby, which may bother some but it was ok. The staff was very kind, efficient and always available anytime we called or went to reception. The room offers a comfortable bed, and all the amenities. There are slippers and robes in the room, with a safe and closet. There are bottles of water provided daily. We had a junior suite (upgraded), which was lovely and spacious. There is only a small window and no view, which is fine as we were only in the room to sleep. Lighting could improve as it can be dark at night, but during the day with that small window, the whole room was completely sunlit! There was some noise my husband reported one night, I must have slept through it. But one night there was a lot of smoking in a neighbouring room, and the smoke filled our room. It was horrible. I did not report it as I wasn’t sure what could be done at 3am but the following nights I laid down a towel at the door to avoid that being repeated and it was fine. But I do think the hotel should consider separate smoking and non smoking rooms to avoid this. Lastly we only ate breakfast, which was a lovely large buffet, so many options! It was very good. And the staff were incredible and hard working!

During our organised tour of Jordan, we stayed 2 times at this hotel. The first nights were acceptable without reaching the quality of a five star hotel (broken bathroom door, unclean windows, unnecessary phone calls from service at 22h00...).
The dinners we received were excellent, except that they tried to charge us the alcoholic drink of the table beside us.
Our second stay (one night) did not go well. The room was on the road side and due to the street noise we did not sleep at all. We could hear the music from the lobby during the whole night (which they reduced when I asked at 4 o clock in the morning) and see the light from the corridor going on and off under the door. The cleanliness of the bathroom (hair on the floor & broken lamp) and the freshness of the sheets (wrinkled) was doubtful. The supper was the total opposite of the first evenings (cold, not well cooked and a waiter, who didn't believe us and told us 'everything was normal').
My personal opinion is that a five star hotel should be proactive and not reactive. There may be no reason for complaint, which was sadly not our case.

We arrived at the hotel for a light holiday, and on Thursday night we checked in and left our stuff and went out for dinner, and the light outside promised us to sleep and we found the warm room our grandfather had a heated system and I asked the reception for this. He told me that the adjustment was only running on the heating and fan system, centrally and there was no solution to this. The hotel was bad so I had to book another hotel with a separate sleeping system and left our purposes here, which resulted in mental and physical damage.

We spent a lovely vacation at RadissonBlu Amman. The hotel is clean, comfortable and cozy. The breakfast buffet is generous, with a large variety of delicious food. I stayed at the Radisson blue for 9 nights, I was very impressed with the friendliness and hospitality of the staff at all levels. The hotel with it’s subtle yet beautiful design is very elegant and clean. The rooms are very comfortable and have all the facilities that a guest might need. The location could not be better. The breakfast buffet was very good and matched all tastes.
