We stayed for 5 nights at the hotel. Very friendly welcome at the hotel reception. Al through our stay, the reception staff were friendly and helpful, especially Louie, the manager. They were willing to arrange any trips we wanted to go on. A great location, situated in Downtown Amman. The room was a little basic. The AC was struggling, but did work and the wi-fi was intermittent. Very comfortable bed. The view from my room was quite spectacular, overlooking the Roman Theatre. Each floor has a different wi-fi signal, and my 3rd floor one was weak. I think floors 2 and 4 were maybe better. The rooftop bar was nice, with great views. No alcohol though, soft drinks only! Breakfast was also served there. A very nice and tasty buffet-style breakfast. It would be good to return to Amman again, and if I do, I would happily stay here again.

Room Tip: Wi-fi reception on 3rd floor is quite poor. Maybe floors 2 and 4 would be better.

Nice place (check out the rooftop!) in the center of Amman, 1 min walking from the Roman theatre. The guy at the reception was super kind and helped us with transportation from the airport to the hotel, he also gave us a lot of suggestions for our trip. Highly recommended!

I relied on Louie to organize tours to the Dead Sea and Jerash, as well as transportation to the airport. Louie is a very nice person, knowledgeable about Jordan and willing to help a tourist make the right decisions on how to maximize their experience while in Jordan. I most definitely recommend relying on him for guidance while visiting Jordan.

Stayed here one night on arriving in Jordan. I can echo previous comments about how it gets a 4 Star rating - a lot of the recent reviews are from people who have not submitted reviews before which is always a concern. The best thing about Amman Pasha is it's location opposite the amphitheatre. We took a walking tour around the area which was very interesting. The reception area is clean and has places to sit and relax. However, the rooms are of a poor standard particularly the bathrooms which have permanently wet floors due to leaking pipes. As someone else mentioned, the electrics also leave a lot to be desired. My room had a nice view of the amphitheatre and was a decent size but these were the only plus points. Breakfast was on the roof terrace and was OK. There is still work going on so the top terrace has some building materials lying about. We asked the receptionist about the free walking tour which he arranged - for 15JD each! I know you always give the guide something but this should be your choice and not done by the hotel. All in all, I don't understand how this hotel gets it's rating on here. I'm sure there are better options for the price.

Loui, our contact from the hotel, took excellent care of us! no matter what questions or concerns we had, he was always available and helped us quickly. he got us a cheap rental car, which we even got delivered directly to the hotel, he also got us access to a resort on the Dead Sea and an appointment at Al Pasha Hammam. Apart from that, he was always up for a nice chat and enlightened us a bit about the culture. Thank you for the great stay! the hotel is unfortunately getting a bit old and the central location naturally means a lot of traffic. but the friendly staff easily makes up for it!

Pasha Hotel transportation services are highly recommended for tourists in Amman! (Even for customers who have not booked a hotel room). They organize English speaking, reliable and friendly drivers to take us from point A to point B. The prices are reasonable. Communication was always very straightforward. Thank you very much!
