A bit of a delayed review. My family stayed at this hotel for a total of 2 weeks in December 2022 while visiting sites near Amman. It was, in short, a delightful stay. The hotel itself is brand-new, having only opened in summer 2022. The style is a pleasant mixture of classic and modern, with the rooms being impeccably kept (as should be expected for a new hotel) and quite large.
Most of our dinners were had at the Soleil restaurant and were consistently delicious. The ambiance was relaxing in the evenings, and the staff always ready to cater to our needs. There is one other restaurant in the hotel, Roberto's, though we found it lacking in portion sizes so generally preferred Soleil.
Breakfasts overall were excellent, both from the buffet and a la carte. I would like to mention the waiter Laith Khalaf in particular for remembering our preferences and being notably polite.
The spa is worthy of mention too, having visited it every day of our stay. While not large, it is nicely designed and offered a calming retreat from our hectic days. Here too I would like to mention the Spa manager, Wanalee Samutkhochorn, with whom my family had many delightful conversations and whose hospitality was especially apparent. I would also like to thank Rami Hamdan and Ahmad Awad of the Spa team for their hospitality and patience in dealing with my attempts at speaking Arabic.
In terms of service and attention to detail, this hotel is the best I've experienced in Jordan.

To this day, this hotel is the nicest place I have ever stayed, inside or outside the US. From The moment you pull up, there are a team of men waiting to open your doors and carry your bags. Upon walking in you notice a beautiful chandelier and gorgeous flowers. The lobby is bright and inviting. Check in was a breeze. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and made you feel truly welcomed. They even brought us delicious juice to enjoy while our team checked in. Upon arriving into our beautiful , spacious room, I was in awe. Everything is tech savvy. The lights and the locks on the door. The room is gorgeous with high ceilings and a giant, beautiful bathroom. There is plenty of part space to unpack. There was a large soaking tub, large vanity area, separate bathroom area and separate shower area. They stock their supplies with an amazing brand of shampoo and lotion that I have not been able to find a better option for to this day. The products are made with Dead Sea minerals and just make your hair and skin feel wonderful.
The beds are wonderfully comfortable and inviting. They even have a built in night light. The welcome plate with truffles and macaroons was a pleasant surprise.
Every single member of the staff on site welcomes you, provides fantastic service and makes you feel like part of their family. I have never had a better stay at a hotel before or since. I hope that my travels bring me back.

We stayed at the hotel on New Year's night. When we entered the hotel, we were impressed with the decor and nice lobby, also the staff are friendly.
The deluxe room is fantastic and everything is controlled by a touch screen which is top notch and we got a city view room.
We had our dinner at Roberto's which is their Italian signature restaurant, it is very expensive and overrated. Basic items were served and I expected to have some seafood items for the price paid (JD 130 ++ for one person). I will never go back again.
The breakfast was good but basic items were served, nothing out of the ordinary and you expect more of such a luxury brand. I had better breakfasts at other 5 star hotels in Amman and even in Dead Sea.
The spa was fine but there was no jacuzzi. I think they spent most of the budget on the lobby, rooms and restaurants, not on other facilities.

I recently spent 3 glorious nights at Amman’s newest luxury Hotel and I had an absolutely amazing experience. From the second I stepped out of the taxi from the airport I was met by warm, welcoming staff whom guided me to the reception area and Sammy quickly checked me in and personally escorted me to my room. The room itself was immaculate with every amenity one would expect to have at this caliber of property. Where this property really stands above the others is their staff. They were all so very kind and helpful. Amir and Aya should be commended, as should the security staff and Bellman. Each day as I left and returned, I was always met by friendly, smiling staff that made a lasting impression on me. Their gracious hospitality will always be remembered. I also enjoyed the convenient location of this hotel. All of the main touristic sites of Amman were just a 10-15 minute taxi or Uber ride away, and I used Uber throughout my stay in Amman and it was safe and very convenient. If I ever return to Amman, I will be sure to stay here again. It was such a great hotel.

Stayed at this hotel for four nights in October 2023 as part of an extended stay in Jordan.
The service provided in every part of this hotel is truly exceptional - from breakfast service to the club lounge to the front desk team in response to some ad hoc requests from me. The service provided here is second to none. In particular, the club lounge team left a lasting impression on what exemplary service in a top end five-star hotel should look and feel like.
The hotel itself is relatively new. The decor and colour scheme is elegant, very easy on the eye and yet highly sophisticated in its appearance. Lifts were incredibly fast, despite the hotel having up to 20 floors (including its signature restaurant on the top floor), and I was never kept waiting at all.
We asked for a room on a high floor and a balcony and we got exactly that. We were assigned a room on the penultimate floor (1811) with a small balcony overlooking the city of Amman and the Fifth Circle roundabout. Views from this room were memorable (see attached photos).
The room itself was spacious and elegant. Beds were extremely comfortable, there was more than adequate storage space, room controls were simple enough to use without causing confusion or complication, the views from the balcony were memorable and the rainfall shower was powerful. Toiletries and amenities provided were branded. My only one small criticism was some inconsistency in the room being serviced each day, but this was swiftly remedied by the front desk team.
The breakfast spread is not as vast as many other competitor five star hotels but the quality of the food more than compensates for quantity. The club lounge provides a wide and varied range of food throughout the day, particularly for afternoon tea and during the evening.
We used the outdoor pool, indoor pool, gym, sauna and steam room which were all immaculately kept clean by the hotel staff. The staff in this hotel work tirelessly behind the scenes.
Overall, this is an exceptional hotel and many leagues ahead of other competitor five star hotels in Amman. I would go further to say this hotel is comparable with the very best five star hotels in other countries such as Dubai which are renowned for their opulence and exceptional service.
I sincerely hope to return to this hotel when I'm next in Amman and would highly recommend without hesitation.

When you arrive at the Ritz-Carlton you will be impressed by its architecture and decoration. And unfortunately it stops there... As soon as we check-in we are told that the second connecting room that we have reserved will be a little late... Then we were accompanied by the lobby manager to our room because the system of key cards was broken! It's from there that everything gets complicated... impossible to unpack our luggage because we can't move into the second bedroom which is in fact not adjoining but opposite, so we have to cross the corridor. As we still do not have keycards, we cannot take advantage of the hotel facilities either since it is impossible to return to the room without a keycard. I make a first call to reception and they tell me it will be resolved within the next few minutes! After 15 minutes nothing… I make a second then a third call! Nothing…. After an hour and a half, I suggest to my children and my wife that they go and relax at the swimming pool while waiting for me to resolve the problem! It took me two hours in total to finally collect our cards and finally take possession of the second room… it’s 4:55 p.m.!!! During check-in we present the restaurants to you! But they fail to tell you that some are privatized for private evenings! The legend was therefore not accessible… we headed towards Roberto’s on the roof top and asked for a table outside to enjoy the view… oh well no it’s privatized too!!!!! We will therefore be content with an uninteresting table and the unpleasant hubbub generated by the music of the private evening on the terrace and dishes inspired by Italian gastronomy but whose only inspiration noted will be seen on the bill…. Finally and “the icing on the cake” you will wake up to a little note under the door to inform you that the swimming pool will be privatized in the afternoon and that it would be pleasant for you to leave the premises at the indicated time to not interfere with the planned event… You can therefore fall back on the bathroom if you were planning to take a dip and enjoy the shower gel from a beautiful French house or the extra soft toilet paper. In short, this establishment only has a “Palace” in the name, far, very far from the standards that one might expect! Located at a crossroads with three other competing establishments, I can only recommend that you go elsewhere!

I traveled all over the world and stayed and so many hotel and resorts The Ritz Carlton Amman is a luxury glamorous top-notch service has a great Italian restaurant on the 20th floor with a full bar I recommend trying it. Fares at concierge , Abdalah at are 4th floor cleaning and more others that I didn’t get there name lol thank you so much for making us feel like home. The only suggestion I have to the Ritz Carlton Amman , when there is an event such as a wedding I recommend if it’s possible to let the guest of the event enter a side entrance and also have a separate valet Service for them on their side entrance The reason I bring this to your attention it gets really packed with cars and traffic that gusts staying at the hotel is hard for them to get a taxi or an Uber right away. I give this hotel 10 out of 10.

We debated whether to stay at the St. Regis or the Ritz-Carlton, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice of the Ritz-Carlton. From check-in to check-out, everything was flawless. The hotel is impeccably maintained, and the staff is both kind and highly professional.
Our two-night stay was enhanced by dining at the Kenz Lebanese Restaurant both evenings, where the unmatched atmosphere truly stood out. The rooms were beautifully appointed, featuring a small balcony with a lovely city view. Housekeeping exceeded expectations with thoughtful touches that made our stay even more special. The valet service was seamless; we never had to wait and were always greeted warmly upon our return.
We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
