2 night stay in family room. The family room is actually two interconnecting rooms meaning you also get two bathrooms. Comfy beds. Very clean throughout but rooftop pool and bar are the highlight of this hotel. Such an amazing vibe. DJ on the Friday arvo/ evening playing some great house tracks… no live DJ on the Saturday afternoon but still great music. Pool is heated which is nice at this time of the year. My 12 and 13 year olds literally spent hours in there. Good service from the rooftop bar which serve you while you are chilling in the pool. Great breakfast options. There is an omelette chef but he didn’t seem to start until later and you then have to ask someone to go and get him. Would recommend if you like your tunes and a good atmosphere…. Maybe not for you if you don’t like house music or want a quieter ambience

I had the pleasure of staying at Centro Mada Amman under the outstanding leadership of Mr. Haythem, and I must say, it was a truly remarkable experience.
The staff was exceptional professional, friendly, and always eager to assist with a smile. Their warm hospitality made me feel right at home throughout my stay.
The hotel's location is superb, offering easy access to key attractions in Amman while being tucked away in a peaceful area, ensuring a restful experience.
Cleanliness is clearly a top priority here, as every corner of the property is immaculately maintained. From the rooms to the common areas, everything was spotless and well-kept.
The food was another highlight! The variety and quality of the dishes were outstanding, with every meal being a delightful culinary experience.
A huge thank you to Mr. Haythem and his incredible team for making my stay so enjoyable. I highly recommend Centro Mada Amman to anyone visiting the city you won't be disappointed!

Nice modern hotel located on one of the main roads into Amman with easy access to the airport avoiding most of the inner-city traffic. Staff were helpful at check in even with a little miscommunication at first, all was solved quite fast. Corner rooms have a little more space than the regular ones with nice simple interior. Another great Centro propety would recommend to anyone with a 2-3 night stay in Amman

The waiting and room staff are fantastic and very friendly. However, on arrival, you are expected to pay up front for your your entire stay. You are not able to sign for anything on your bill unless you add a considerable amount to your room account. If the management are not happy with you, they lock you out of your room and refuse to let you back in. If you are staying under the UN banner, you are entitled to 15% discount on all drinks and food - reception management fail to inform you of this. The food is good but can be expensive. Breakfast is very good. The rooms are comfortable and clean but the carpets are not hoovered every day. You can choose to have your room cleaned or not with a light system. A nice touch is the bags of cat food for the stray cats around the area.

Staff are always polite and I had a great experience with reception staff and door staff being friendly and helpful. The Flo restaurant staff could provide better service and the food is average and lacking flavour on some dishes but I prefer to eat out of the hotel but the few times tried wasn't impressed. Breakfast was good service and provided a good selection with the introduction of egg station makes things easier if you want to have fresh eggs cooked. The rooms are new and fresh so enjoyed the stay and the housekeeping was done to great standard. Will be returning to Amman soon and will picking this hotel again after trying 10+ hotels in the same price range

This hotel is very nice and well located but we had a terrible experience with the noise generated on the bar on top of the building. We stayed in this hotel two nights and both nights we were awaken at 2:30am because of the terrible noise of dragging and slamming bar furniture while cleaning. We had to get out of bed to walk up the bar to ask them to stop immediately. Its a pity because the hotel is very nice but be prepared to be awaken up at 2:30am during their bar cleaning operation. Our first room was on the second floor and they moved us to the 8th floor and we were thrown out of bed on both floors, terrible.

Stayed in this hotel before an early flight out of Amman coming from Petra. Its location close to the airport makes it a great option to avoid the local traffic. At the same time, if you want to experience Amman it’s a bit more difficult than staying in the city proper. The hotel itself is quite nice, clean and modern. Rooms are a bit on the small site but if all you need is a good night sleep, it will work.

I made a room reservation through the hotel official website and provided them with my credit card details to confirm the booking (Queen bedroom for 3 nights from the 13th of July to the 16th of July).
The day after, I arrived at 15:45, (no one helped me with my luggage), later after taking the full payment from my credit card they tried to offer me a twin room while my actual confirmed reservation was a queen bedroom, I refused so they told me that i need to wait for one hour to get my confirmed room, i told them let me stay in the twin room for the first night then move me to the Queen bedroom the day after but they said “it’s impossible”!!! So my only choice was to wait.
I waited till 16:50, no one called me from the reception, so i reached them and asked about the room, the front desk guy asked me to wait 30 min more, and i waited without any progress!!!
At the end i asked for full refund, they tried to negotiate but i insisted on my decision and moved to another hotel. (Also no one helped me with my luggage while leaving the hotel)
+ no one of the working stuff was wearing any face masks and they tried to convince me to take of mine!!!
In general, unprofessional service and bad management, they don’t deserve to hold the brand name (ROTANA).

What would you choose? A lower level room resulting in no sleep due to the highway right outside your window. A higher level room resulting in no sleep due to the club on the top floor blasting music until the early morning. Coupled with the lack of sound proofing between rooms and banging doors, this felt more like a hostel than hotel. Simply awful.
