My stay at your hotel was an unforgettable exceptional experience, where every moment is all about comfort and luxury. I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to staff member Musa, who created the bedding with artistic skills, thus adding a aesthetic to the room. The hotel''s cleanliness was of high standard, and the restaurant''s management was friendly and helpful, making every meal a special experience. I appreciate the hotel''s management''s attention to guest feedback and its constant pursuit of a relaxing atmosphere. The reception team was so helpful and all the amenities were fantastic and exceeded expectations.
Thank you so much for making my stay a memorable experience. I would recommend your hotel to my friends and family, and it would definitely be my first vacation in future visits.

I was at this hotel three times during my tour of Jordan, first for three nights and then one night each time. The experience is quite mixed and my review would have been different if I had written it on any of the times. The main difference was the room, despite the same price. First time we had a large room with safe, hair dryer, nice bathroom, complimentary toiletries, complimentary water, tea/coffee, only one pair of slippers for two people. It was too hot but the reception sent a guy to unlock the window. The second time we were upgraded to an executive suite (I guess there were few people in the hotel and they kindly decided it was better to have somebody in the room instead of leaving them empty): there was a huge, comfortable bed with perfect pillows, a sitting room, a study and two bathrooms one of which with a jacuzzi. Everything was provided including bath robes. The third time we were given a very small room, with hardly space for baggage, smaller water bottles, no slippers, a tiny bathroom and a small window that could not be opened. The air conditioner blew air on the bed and the pillow was not very comfortable. The rest of the experience was the same each time. The highlight is a large, beautiful swimming pool, warm and not crowded, with changing rooms and showers, open to all most of the time and only to women at some part of the day. There is also a jacuzzi and a gym. The culinary experience is suboptimal. Breakfast has mostly middle eastern options, no fresh fruit, no fresh bread (tasted thawed from the freezer), no choice of cereals or yogurt. There is an egg area but the first days it was closed and the last day I was discouraged by the long waiting time. We had dinner often and it was buffet, monotonous, not very tasty (too bad, considering how good Jordan cuisine can be) and always cold as the containers for hot food were not heated. The staff is not particularly friendly apart from the girl in the shop. The location is far from the centre in a very busy area.

Your feedback regarding the hotel is truly welcomed and appreciated. At Ayass Hotel we strive to surpass the expectations of our guests by delivering the best quality of service we believe our guests deserve. Concerning the room upgrade, we do offer it to our guests when we can and upon availability, however it is not always guaranteed. As for food issue, we do sincerely apologize for the fact that you were not happy with it. The egg station is open throughout the breakfast time but we will investigate the reasons why you were not able to find the chef at the time. As for the cereal and yogurt, they are available daily on the buffet next to the pastries station. Please know that if it has been brought to our attention during your stay, we would have made our best to resolve the issue and ensure that all your requests are met. We kindly ask you to send us your number at info@ayasshotel.com in order for us to investigate this issue further. We hope this incident has not affected your stay negatively by any means and we are looking forward to having you again in the near future at our hotel, with a promise to pay extra care in order to make your stay as pleasant and as comfortable as possible. Have a wonderful day.

Stayed here for 2 nights at the start of our Jordan tour and 2 nights at the end. First 2 nights we were upgraded to a suite which was lovely and huge but stank of smoke, the ash tray on the coffee table gave it away a bit. As it was only 2 nights, we were out of the room most of the time we didn’t say anything. The 2nd time we had a non smoking room but very small and overlooking central atrium, there wasn’t anywhere to put our cases so they ended up on the floor taking up what little room there was. The room was too hot and we couldn’t get the air con to go any lower. When my husband complained he was told it was on winter heating mode, it had been fine the couple of days before. We had to sign a waiver to get the window opened. There was noise from a function going on in the ballroom but my earplugs helped with that. The “restaurant” if you can call it that was awful. Bright lights, no atmosphere, the hotel tv page tinny music playing in the background. Change the music, get some plants to soften it. Food wasn’t labelled so it was guess work, pasta, rice, chicken drumsticks in a sauce, fish in a sauce, something else in a sauce, salad bar. As it was included in our package we made do, we were going to eat out one night but were too tired after a day sight seeing and didn’t know what was around, nothing obvious other than fast food restaurants. The omelette station was only manned one morning we were there and the queue too long for our tight time schedule so didn’t try that. The hotel is a dry hotel so no bar or alcohol served, we weren’t even offered a drink at dinner so made do with the water on offer. There is a 24 hr Starbucks attached to the hotel and a ATM, Christmas decorations in reception were pretty.

We only stayed one night in this hotel and it left some to be desired. Our room was quite small with a large pillar that made navigating around in it a bit tricky. It was very hot overnight and we had small beds. The breakfast buffet was pretty slow in the morning to get anything cooked. We didn't feel like it lived up to the 4 star rating.

Ayass Hotel is a top-notch establishment and one of the finest in Amman. As an independent, family-run hotel, it offers a personal touch, with staff members responding promptly to ensure a comfortable stay. The entire team, from management to housekeeping and reception, was both friendly and professional. We stayed for extended periods in 2023 and 2024, and returning to a room beautifully decorated in a honeymoon style after a long day was a delightful surprise

Stayed at Ayass hotel for five nights while on our tour of Jordan. We were pre booked this hotel by Exotica Travel Company. The hotel is advertised as 4* but from my experience the is more like 3*. The present low state of the hotel is mainly due to the fault of the management not giving adequate training to their staff, and not personally checking the service their staff are providing to their customers. I personally found two areas where the standard was very poor, firstly the housekeeping was of poor standard where the bed was not made properly, the floor not cleaned, the towels weren’t changed. Overall the atmosphere was very demoralising after a long day of site seeing in the hot sun. Secondly the staff’s demeanour in the restaurant was very low as if they didn’t want to be there, at one point there was no staff in the restaurant while having our breakfast. Again to reiterate the fault squarely lies at the management. Just to warn people if they are thinking of breakfast and evening dinner then you are going to be very disappointed how basic and the quality of food offerings was. We were booked for dinner for 5 nights but after the first night we all 5 of us went out to eat in the evening. Some staff were good like at the reception, they tried and help as much as they could. Ayass management, you have a decent establishment, but the lack of staff training and taking cost cutting exercise in the restaurant will in the long run cost you your reputation.

I stayed here as part of an Exoticca trip. The food is horrendous, none of it is labelled, not that it mattered as it was so salty and inedible anyway. I stayed for 3 nights and it was pretty much the same slop every night. Breakfast was very basic, hardly any choice
The first room I stayed in had no hot water. The second absolutely stank of damp so I asked to be moved and they said they couldn’t as there was a wedding party staying there so the manager opened the massive windows wide open on the 4th floor (dangerous, good job I had no children) to get some air in.
There were loud weddings on 2 of the 3 nights I was here, music blaring until 2am.
I do not recommend this hotel at all, it’s more like a 2*
