L’hôtel a un bon potentiel, vu sa situation, mais il y a pas mal de choses à améliorer. On m’a donné une serviette de bain sale, il a fallu demander à plusieurs reprises pour la remplacer. Et nous avons eu une chambre côté rue, très bruyante. Le petit déjeuner très basique, peut être amélioré.

Chambre vieillotte mais pas chère.literie ok mais matelas mou.tache sur la moquette. Attention pas de parking ,on a eu une amende et pourtant on s'est garé là où l'hôtelier nous a dit. L'avantage c'est la proximité de la citadelle , temple d'Hercule et autre que l'on peut faire a pied

This is a basic hotel/hostel, but adequate. The rooms look like they have been converted from a office complex but not redecorated. But they are warm, and the bathrooms are okay, acceptable not great. WE at least managed to get a shower. The staff are friendly and the breakfast was very good. It is well positioned in the City to see the tourist attractions.

Very simple 'homelike' hotel. Very friendly and hard working reception guy. Near the Citadel and Downtown. Drawbacks: Our room was at the streetside with 24/7 traffic. Lots of noise. And the bed can feel very hard if you aren't used to. Other then that is was a very pleasant beginning of our trip in Jordan and a very nice way meeting the people of Jordan.

Piccolo alberghetto a due stelle molto comodo alle zone di interesse. Il prezzo e la posizione sono i suoi punti forti. La camera era pulita e completa, seppur essenziale e con qualche pecca minore. È vicino una grossa arteria della città quindi per alcuni potrebbe risultare rumoroso, personalmente non lo era. Capita qualche malfunzionamento ma Saif, l'addetto alla reception, è molto disponibile e prova ad aiutarti.

Eravamo in 18 ,dall' ingresso il forte odore di muffa già è un avvertimento.Camere fatiscenti ,ne abbiamo avute 7 da vedere ....terribili,sporche moquette lurida.....Abbandonato in massa . EVITARE ASSOLUTAMENTE

Der Service war sehr freundlich und das Zimmer war sauber. Seif hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und kümmerte sich um uns. Das Frühstück ist gut für den Preis. In wenigen Gehminuten ist man in der Downtown, wo Souk Essensmöglichkeiten oder ähnliches sind. Insgesamt ist es ein gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis, das man hier kriegt.

Hotel ottimo, accoglienza ottima, pulizia ottima. Due fratelli molto gentili che gestiscono il tutto, siamo arrivati e ci hanno dato il benvenuto con due bevande rinfrescanti. Camera pulita e abbastanza spaziosa. Aria condizionata, Wi-Fi, asciugamani, prodotti per doccia…tutto presente. Migliorerei un pochino la colazione non molto abbondante . Ci hanno permesso di lasciare le valigie anche dopo il check out delle 12, poi rientrati dal pranzo e dal giretto in centro, ci hanno fatto accomodare di nuovo in una stanza relax per usufruire del bagno, di acqua e di un’altra bevanda rinfrescante di nuovo offerta da loro nell’attesa del DRIVER che ci venisse a prendere. Lo consiglio a tutti se state in zona AMMAN. Grazie ancora di tutto 🇯🇴❤️🇮🇹

La ubicación, inmejorable! El hotel, aunque no tiene ascensor, sólo hay dos tramos de escaleras para acceder a las habitaciones. Las habitaciones son amplias y están muy limpias. No tienen aire acondicionado pero si un ventilador potente. El desayuno consta de un te o café, dos falafels y un huevo cocido por persona, pan árabe, una ración de hummus, mermelada y embutido de ternera por persona. Tiene parking de coche en la calle del hotel. El parking es público pero tienen cámaras de vigilancia con lo que lo hace muy seguro. En general muy bien!!

L'un des 2 ou 3 pires hôtels de ma vie. Pas de papier toilette dans des "toilettes/salle de bain" d'une saleté repoussante. Pas de télé dans la chambre...juste les câbles sortant d'un gros trou dans le mur. Un bruit assourdissant toute la nuit: c'est comme si nous dormions dans la rue, extrêmement passante puisque les voitures et camions y déboulent toute la nuit. La lumière du couloir passait sous notre porte, mais aussi au travers de la porte! La chambre était d'une saleté immonde, et les lits repoussants. Un "matelas"en mousse, des draps d'un autre âge. Et en plus, j'ai eu droit à un message sur Whats app du réceptionniste me demandant de mettre 10 partout et de faire une excellente recommandation, en y ajoutant une photo très dérangeante avec un autre type pointant son poing vers nous ( je la joins). En plus, sur booking.com, je me suis fait insulter et traité de menteur et de raciste par le type de l’hôtel qui n'a pas apprécié bien sur que je donne mon avis sur son taudis!!! Le type est fou, et absolument pas professionnel. Un hôtel à éviter comme la peste et surtout, ne pas croire les dizaines d'excellents commentaires que l'on trouve sur leur page Booking: je parie ma chemise qu'ils les écrivent eux-mêmes car il est impossible que des clients saints d'esprits leurs mettent des 10 partout et commentent avec des "excellents"...c'est juste une vaste arnaque!!!…
