I asked a question (concerning a loss of a item in the hotel room) twice via the Contact-page, after 8 days have received no reaction at all. Otherwise our experience in the hotel (breakfast, service, room) were good.

Great modern hotel with excellent location, walkable to Paris square and rainbow street. Breakfast was good with omelettes and pancakes. Owner personally welcomed us with welcome gifts and gave us a case of bottled water for our road trip. Highly recommend for a affordable hotel stay in Amman.

Good location and price. They have a small parking in front of the hotel where we managed to find parking places. Breakfast is ok; also they are flexible if you leave early. Some rooms are quite poor as they have inner windows courtyard so you don't really get natural light. Receptionists are friendly but quite annoying asking you what are you going to visit etc while at breakfast and also asking you to give a high rate on the reservation site (this annoyed us). Overall, ok hotel for the budget but make sure you ask for a room with natural light if they have a free one.

The hotel is 3 star but feels like 5 star from the reception staff which is super nice to the breakfast chef sure the selection is not huge but what you get is perfect. Quapity over quantity. The owner of the hotel helps to make pancaces in the morning not because he needs to but because he enjoys doing it and makes you feel like your at home. All in all super hotel . Highly recommens it

We stayed in Amman for 3 nights, the hotel was lovely, very tranquil despite the chaos of Amman. Staff were very helpful and attentive. Our room was of a very good standard and met our needs. We had hired a car at the airport but the roads of Amman were such a culture shock to us we parked the car up at the hotel for 3 days.

We came here on 22nd of November after a long trip from Wadi Rum and were looking forward to staying in Amman. The receptionist did not smile or greet us and was not welcoming at all - first time we had this in Jordan. We had reserved the deluxe double room with a view. Instead we opened the door to the room he had given us and it was single beds with a view of a wall and air con unit. The windows were filthy, the toilet wasn't flushed, bathroom wasn't clean and the television didn't work. We thought, well, perhaps because we are two men the receptionist did not want to give us a double bed, we heard this can happen sometimes in Jordan, so not wanting to cause a fuss we just asked that the bathroom be cleaned then went out for a walk. When we returned a few hours later, the male receptionist and his female colleague at the front desk were talking about us and gesturing towards us behind our backs, laughing (note to staff - the elevator doors are mirrored so we can see exactly what you are doing even if our backs are turned). We went up to the room and nothing had been cleaned, it was as we had left it. They said it had been cleaned but this was not the case. We left and went to the Canary Boutique Hotel up the road. Same price, ten times better. And most importantly - they were nice to us at the front desk. If we had received a warm welcome at this hotel we would have been a lot more forgiving of the hotel's shortcomings and I would not have felt the need to leave this review. It's 2022. You may not agree with two men booking a double bed, but there's no need to treat them with such obvious contempt.

Stayed one night with family (4 adults). Checkin was smooth. Room was nice and clean. The shower was tight - XL individuals may not be able to squeeze in. Limited street parking is available. Mohammed at the front desk was very nice and courteous. He included breakfast for all of us at no extra charge and even opened the breakfast an hour early so we could eat before heading out to Wadi Rum. He even doubled as the chef and prepared delicious omelette for us😀

Great value for money. Slightly further out (15 min walk to 1st roundabout), but large sized rooms and extremely helpful and attentive staff - helped us make a couple of restaurant bookings, recommend lots of activities, booked taxis etc Definitely recommend.

A nice small hotel, based in a central location that is close by to all local amenities. It was also close to the Al Abdali Mall. The room on arrival was clean, and had everything we needed. The breakfast was great, and for the price you pay for is great value for money. The hotel owner Mumin (I think that’s how you spell his name) was also very attentive to any questions we had, and solved them on the spot. Thank you.

Turned up to the hotel to find it fully booked (even though we had a reservation). Front desk guy thought it was hilarious. They did book us a new hotel but when you arrive at the hotel at midnight, we were not impressed at all. Very poor service.
