Disaster from the hotel. Upon arrival, it all began. When checking into the hotel, we received sarcastic comments about how we managed to get a room at such a low price. When we said that we used the code, they rolled their eyes. We changed rooms three times in the first hour. With the promise that the next one will be better. However, they could not provide us with the room that was shown in the pictures. It was said that only the 5th floor was renovated, but despite that, only the bathroom was renovated. When we compare the pictures with those on Booking, it is clear that instead of wooden floors, they have old, worn-out tiles, there is no TV, and curtains from the last century. We also wrote to the hotel about the parking space before the time of arrival. Through confrontations, they assured us that this would not be a problem. In the end, we were left without a parking space and had to park some 100m further on the road. In the morning, our car was scratched! Worst of all was the bedding. Dirty! Also traces of blood on the bedding. Finally, at breakfast, they asked us not to write a bad comment despite all this. Already during our stay, we contacted Booking in the hope of a refund, but the hotel refused us.…

Good value hotel that is not too far from the city centre. Staff at the hotel are very friendly and assisted with any questions we had. We did the free walking tour, and highly recommend do this. Ibrahim the guide was great. Showed us areas that we would not have ventured to. He gave us some history of Amman and suggested places to visit on our own. If you can do a bit of walking I would recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed a 2 night stay here. Good value for the price. Clean room, nice breakfast . Make sure to consider the free walking tour advertised at front desk. Our guide Abrahim walked us through downtown Amman, introduced us to the various markets and historic sites. He was the best! No way we could have explored the city efficiently on our own without his initial guidance.

My wife, 8yr old daughter and I stayed in the Arabesque for the beginning of our Jordan trip, its location is perfect particularly if you are self driving... it is walking distance from the main sites/ restaurants in Amman and also offers easy to access parking outside the front. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful (special mention to Jack on the front desk and Haz the owner). The room was quiet, clean and comfortable and the breakfast very good. We intended to return to the Arabesque bit due to its deserved popularity were unable to :-( Haz was extremely helpful in finding us alternative accomodation in the city as well as organising a PCR test for our return even though we were not her customers on this occasion! Please visit the Arabesque if you are in Amman.

Literally everything was awful about this hotel! First of all, we got a room with a broken bathroom - water was all over the floor, because the toilet was leaking. There were no sheets, just blankets on the beds. The refrigerator smelled bad. There was only one outlet in the room for 3 people. When we were complaining about the room, the gentleman at the reception offered us a different room, a better room, but it was a joke - the same standard of the room! The refrigerator was connected to the socket as shown in the picture! May cause a heavy fire! Another problem was we were stocking up for 20 minutes in the room as the door had just closed and we had to call people on the street to help us as no one picked up the phone what was on the card and the other phone number was not correct. . we had a reservation with breakfast and got a quarter of an omelette with a bit of hummus, jam and yogurt. We waited about 15 minutes for this "breakfast", because there was only one person for about 20 guests. We also only got one roll of toilet paper for 2 nights for all of us. When we asked for more we were informed that they had no more. . the whole stay was a joke! I highly recommend not to stay at this hotel!…

Staff are excellent, really helpful with all our questions and requested and very pleasant to talk to. The included breakfast is great and plentiful. The location is great and found all the places we wanted to go to a very short walk away.

When arriving to Amman we recommend the free walking tour with Ibrahim. He provides all the necessary info for a first-timer in Amman. Very useful tips about where and what to eat, shop and see, how to access the major sights in the city etc.

The hotel is very good located, especially for nights since it is just 2 minutes drive from Rainbow street (full of local and bars). We visit everything by walking and the hotel offered us to join the free walking tour. It's a great tour of the city and we got to see places we would have never seen without them!! We met downtown and we went to visit the old Market, the new market and the Mosque. Our guide was very friendly and very good in explaining the Jordanian culture and their customes. While walking he offered us some traditional foods and sweets!! It is just 2 hours long and it is definitely worth it as you can just leave a tip of your choice!! Greatly recommended!
