I stayed at Faraseen Apartments on the night before flying home after a holiday in Jordan. Rabah was very helpful and confirmed everything I asked about via what’s app immediately. Apartment was clean and spacious with bottled water and towels provided. I needed to get to the airport early the next morning and the car providing the free shuttle arrived just before the arranged time and dropped me off without a hitch (it was only 10-15mins drive from the airport) I would definitely recommend Faraseen as a good value option if you need a place to stay on the way to the airport.

We arrived in the middle of the night in Amman. We booked an accommodation in Faraseen Apartments and we stay just few hours to rest and sleep for few hours. The owner offer us water and was very gentle to help us even if our reservation had wrong check in/out dates. Absolutely recommended

Very convenient if you arrive late at the airport. Apartments are clean and the owner and staff are very helpful. We arrived at about 01.30 and the agreed free transport was not available at the airport. After speaking with local taxi drivers, we were charger 25 Dinar for a 6 minute drive. Communication breakdown as we were kindly given a free lift to the airport in a car with a flat tyre the next day. We had arranged a lift to Petra and NOT the airport. Inconvenient but not the end of the world. We were tired and keen to get to our hotel in Petra. The taxi ride to Petra was arranged at 45 Dinah however the driver wanted 60 Dinah. Luckily, the owner of the Faraseen confirmed 45 Dinah and instructed the driver that this was the agreed price. Kept his word. So, the apartment was clean, breakfast was simple but communication was not the best. An OK place to stay if you need to rest after a journey but that's all. Finally, I have to reluctantly mention the taxi service in Jordan, especially on trips to Petra, Wadi Rum, etc. I was furious with these drivers. Their total disregard for safety. My family could quite easily have been killed with their reckless speed and NO REAR SEAT BELTS, not that it would have made a difference at the speed they drive. How dare they. Laughed at when I asked them to slow down a little. One hand on wheel, other on phone trying to text, pot holes and blind corners. Just disrespectful and I advise ALL who value their family to make other arrangements. I ride a Bandit 1200 and hold an advanced driving licence. I know when it is unsafe. I know when somebody is taking the pi**. Put a sour taste before the holiday had begun.

Stayed at this apartment on Arrival in Jordan, very early in the morning , and again 10 days later for early departure. Very clean apartment with tea kettle and coffee and tea. Hosts provided milk and offered breakfast. Very hospitable staff and free and on time transport to and from the airport. Highly recommend.

Terrible hotel. They reused same bedsheet and pillow sheet. Bedsheet is full of creases and wrinkles from the previous use (perhaps multiple times). Both bed and pillow sheet smell old and unwashed, and I found hairs on the pillow. Towels smell awfully too like never be washed. There is Lipton tea and creamer provided but no sugar or coffee! Owner refused to give me an invoice for the payment I have made. Although I I’ve made it clear that I need an invoice but upon checkout he did not do so. He promised to send it by WhatsApp but it’s just an empty promise.

The stay at this hotel was exactly as needed and expected. Comfortable and large rooms near the Amman airport. Good enough Wi-Fi for zoom calls. Food served was excellent and enjoyable. Transportation to the airport was complimentary and efficient. Staff even offered to do laundry (for free) and returned it within 3-4 hours of handing it over upon check-in. Highly recommended for that quick night near the airport.

Great airport service! We arrived really late in Jordan and the owner picked us up, it was so uncomplicated and quick. And so NICE! We felt really welcomed. We stayed there one night and the rooms are big and clean, there is not a lot around but it’s the perfect start and end for a Jordan trip. The owner helped us a lot with the plan of our stay and thanks to him we got so many good tips that enriched our stay in Jordan! Would definitely recommend it!

The Host was really friendly. But the Room was not clean !!! We packed our bags and got to another Hotel. Everywhere holes at the wall, dirt and crumbs of somebody else on the counter. The Appartments need cleaning and renovation ! I am very sad that my last day in Jordan was wasted. I really tried sleeping here - but I couldn’t. We got no money back. The host said he can drive us to the other Hotel - but we booked an Uber.
