I stayed at this hotel as part of a group tour and we were returning for a few nights at the end of the tour. I booked an extra night at the start without looking at the room. The rooms were filthy, dated, mattress was sagging, bathrooms had stains. I cancelled the extra night a few times over the coming days. The hotel staff were persistent not to refund my money, though I booked and paid via credit card at the reception. Eventually after numerous back and forth, they agreed to refund me through the bank.. its been more than a month and I have still not received a refund. Would caution anyone from visiting this hotel. STAY AWAY!!!

A great hotel close to the main sites. Itnis a short walk to downtown and some good restaurants. The staff are brilliant so friendly and helpful. Arriving very early in the morning they couldn't help me enough and helped to arrange transport for me. They made me feel very welcome and safe. The room was comfortable with good air conditioning and bathroom.

I stayed here for 3 nights before starting an intrepid travel tour of Jordan. The room was spacious, had a comfortable bed and effective air conditioning. The hotel is very well situated for downtown, the citadel and roman theatre. The staff were very friendly and helpful. However the hotel is quite tired and needs a refurbishment. Definitely 3*. OK to use as a base for a good night's sleep, but not if a nice hotel is important to you.

The hotel is a short walk from central Amman - the reception area was nice and the staff very friendly. The rooms are basic but clean - and perfectly acceptable for a couple of nights to see the sites of Amman.

Hotel is more like hostel class . It’s not clean needs a really good scrub out. Rooms are dirty , sheets and bedding suspicious, but strangely clean towels. We were even given a used paper cup and it was picked up on day 2 where we put it in bin and put back on counter. It’s lacking in many amenities but for the country location it was average. The breakfast was awful it was reheated and stale. On the plus side - location was amazing . Defo would not recommend.

there are a number of things first staff are friendly, but they didn’t understand English problem so the worst song misunderstandings the Wi-Fi is bad plus panties. You’re very quickly into the old town 10 minute walk My problem was the few items that didn’t work in the room. e.g. The fridge didn’t work. I noticed that the plants in the foyer are dying and the food wasn’t that super great. I’m sorry to say, but yeah it was a good hotel. But number one the room so €60 so that’s not really expensive and it’s very close to town so if you don’t have high standards it’s a great hotel

I stayed here for the first night of a multi-day tour of Jordan. I arrived several hours before check-in and the staff allowed me to store my luggage while I explored Amman. The hotel is a bit dated, but my room was clean and the AC worked well, very important for summer in Jordan. The hotel is within walking distance of the Citadel (5-10 minutes if you take the stairs) as well as many shops and restaurants downtown.

Truly shockingly bad hotel. We arrived 8pm, no one to help with luggage. Reception staff disinterested and when enquired about food ‘chef is too busy preparing breakfast ‘ Rooms were dirty and I certainly wasn’t the first person in those sheets! Some rooms in our group were infested with spiders Breakfast was very poor

The unbelievable hotel This has got to be one of the worst hotels in the world. One or two little issues are just part of travelling and you just roll with them but only use this place if the refuge for the homeless turns you away. Why: The sheets had not been changed since the last occupants No plug for the basin sink Air conditioning just made a noise but no cold air came out Electric plug socket so worn it wouldn't hold the plug to connect Shower was just a trickle, but we did get hot water unlike some of the others in our group. The bath enamel was chipped and stained TV didn't work TV remote had been glued back together after having perhaps been broken in two by some frustrated guest Windows were very dirty Extractor fan in the bathroom didn't work. Carpets were worn and stained The mattress on the double bed had 2 dips in it for each person. The evevator was dirty as was the stairwell. The only good thing about the room was the electric kettle A very mediocre breakfast. The staff were helpful but let down by an owner or manager that has neglected this building for many years. The mostly hospitable and decent people of Jordan and the high standards of food found elsewhere in Jordan are being badly let down by this appalling place. Avoid at all costs.
