good and clean hotel. good location renovated the most of the rooms . and you can simply walk one minute to great cafes and restaurant that near by nice employee. Excellent customer service. Cozy rooms. Good location. Buffet breakfast with lots of variety.

if you want to be treated as s*it, go to this hotel. Your air conditioning is central, if the room occupation is low, they will turn the ac off. I had to stay for 15 days, around 10 days without AC and with burning outside and inside temperature. the breakfest will depend on occupency as well, when occupied, you will find a buffet, when low occupation, your breakfest will turn to one dish of old leftovers. The management sees you as a number, after sooo many complaints about the AC, they gave me a fan, and the management said that I booked through an agent, who took commission, so what i've paid is not enough to turn the AC. There is an indoor pool, no bar or cocktail gym not working smoking is allowed on the hotel the team is freindly, wifi is good, location is good, housekeeping good, location good. إذا كنت تريد أن تعامل معاملة سيئة ، اذهب إلى هذا الفندق. تكييف الهواء مركزي ، إذا كان شغل الغرفة منخفضًا ، فسيقومون بإيقاف تشغيل التكييف. اضطررت للبقاء لمدة 15 يومًا ، حوالي 10 أيام بدون مكيفات وحرق في درجة الحرارة الخارجية والداخلية. سيعتمد مهرجان الفطور على الإشغال أيضًا ، عندما تكون مشغولًا ، ستجد بوفيهًا ، وعند احتلال منخفض ، سيتحول مهرجان الفطور الخاص بك إلى طبق واحد من بقايا الطعام القديمة. تراك الإدارة كرقم ، بعد العديد من الشكاوى حول المكيف ، أعطوني معجبًا ، وقالت الإدارة إنني حجزت من خلال وكيل ، أخذ عمولة ، لذا فإن ما دفعته لا يكفي لتشغيل المكيف . يوجد حمام سباحة داخلى ، لا بار أو كوكتيل صالة الألعاب الرياضية لا تعمل يسمح بالتدخين في الفندق الفريق ودود ، خدمة الاتصال اللاسلكي بالإنترنت عبر تقنية واي فاي جيدة ، الموقع جيد ، التدبير المنزلي جيد ، الموقع جيد.…

Very poor hotel. We stay there for one night as a group of 18 people. Bathroom was terrible..... You was taking a shower and all the water was going inside in the room. They was a big variation of food for dinner and breakfast but the quality was very poor.

We stayed for one night in a tour and we had both pro's and con's: Pro: - good location - friendly staff - good food - free water offered (keeping in mind the they have issues with the water) Cons: - smelly room - the heating did not work as expected - the smoke on the hallways entered the room It's suitable for a one night stay.

Hotel is in best area in Amman. Nearby FOREX, Restaurants, coffee shops, Marts etc. Nice rooms and facilities in Hotel. Rooms are equipped with all facilities. For instance, I was to able to charge my mobile and laptop devices without convertor. The staff is also quiet cooperative.

Excellent customer service. Cosy rooms. Good location. Buffet breakfast with lots of variety. Couldn’t find any major fault. Tea/coffee facility available in all rooms. Very highly recommended. Would love to come here again.
