When you write an honest review for a hotel there is always room for improvement.
I can honestly say I cannot think of one area where this hotel does not deserve a five star review.
From check in to check out our stay was top notch.
The property is located in a quiet location that is an easy Uber ride to the town center. It is a 5-10 minute walk to stores and restaurants.
The rooms are well appointed and clean.
There was a kitchenette with a sink, cooktop, microwave, toaster and small refrigerator (not full size but bigger than the standard minibar sized ones).
The restroom had a large glass shower and plenty of room.
The room was quiet.
The WiFi was fast and reliable.
There is a free laundry room with washers and dryer. There were no machines to sell detergent there, they do have a small store in the lobby that may (although as I said, there are stores a short walk away).
The free breakfast was amazing, the selection was endless. One of the best we have ever experienced.
Without doubt I would not consider staying anywhere else except this hotel when I visit Amman again.

The hotel currently has only two floors open due to the limited number of bookings. The room service is efficient and the hotel's kitchen staff prepares nice meals. Faris was my representative at the front desk and provided a room upgrade, all pre-requested extras in the room and an very good overview of all services currently available in the hotel. He also assisted with contacting the Eye Specialty Clinic and getting a GPS location for it. During my overnight stay, each staff member I encountered was above a beyond helpful. The room I was assigned was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The king sized bed was great, I didn't get up for breakfast because I slept the best that I have in a long while during my travels. I see other ratings here with some issues, but my experience was just fine. I'll return again next month as I pass through again!

This hotel is finished to a very high standard and from arrival the staff make you feel welcome and special.
We had a 2 bedroom suite, which was very spacious, had luxury showers, very comfortable beds and nice lounge/dinner.
We didn’t make use of the pool, but it looked lovely. The restaurant attached to the hotel was very nice for dinner.
Breakfast was very nice, with some items cooked fresh, the children loved that pancakes kept coming on request.

I stayed at this hotel for a total of 4 nights. 2 before my Group tour and 2 after my Group tour.
This hotel is an underrated gem. I could not fault anything about this hotel. It is truly a 5-star hotel.
The location is not far from Rainbow Street and it is probably the closest hotel to Rainbow Street and the old town. You also have Shoneez, a large supermarket 3 mins walk away.
In the other direction, there are plethora of authentic takeaway places to grab food 24/7, more mini marts and other Western chains like Donut King and Crispy Chicken.
The location is very convenient and it is in a very safe area, as there are several embassies nearby. I walked out and around at 10pm and didn't feel insecure.
The staff are impeccable. I love the gentleman who was always there waiting for me as my car arrived, to pick up my luggage and take it to my room. He set up all my bags in my room perfectly and with a great big friendly smile on his face.
The reception staff are courteous, professional and helpful at all times. They even have security at the front gate to greet you as you walk in and out at all hours.
Housekeeping promptly services all your needs and as soon as I called them for extra towels etc, they came within minutes with a trolley full of whatever I wanted.
The room was extremely large and the bed was gold. The hotel is very new and it is in absolutely perfect condition.
There is a gym, a rooftop terrace with a pool. They also have a fantastic restaurant downstairs in the same building and the food is great, albeit pricey but they took my takeaway order and offered to bring it to my room. Service is great and they delivered my food on time and perfectly.
Highly recommended and with such personal and friendly service I would return any day. The best hotel in Amman. Love it.

We stayed before our trip to Petra as well after our trip to Wadi rum.
This hotel has exactly what the earlier reviewers mentioned ie walking distance to Rainbow Street and other eateries.
The rooms are in tip top condition and very clean.
Breakfast inclusive in the rate has a good variety of food and fruits. There are 2 restaurants in the adjoining building...just go eat happy hour and you will get a great meal though service can be slow !
This hotel have my endorsement - 5 stars

Absolutely phenomenal Hotel!! The location is perfect, midway between all attractions and shopping, esp with the poor traffic in Amman. We stayed for 13 nights in a 2 bedroom. Everything was amazing. We were on 3rd floor with a corner room, very quiet and nice views. The laundry is on the same floor which was convenient. They have 4 machines, but instructions are not all in English, which was tricky, but we managed and did some laundry. Housekeepers did a great job cleaning and restocking room with water and towels every day. The Beds were comfortable, and having a kitchenette was handy. Their breakfast was plentiful! Service was prompt and Jinky went above and beyond everyday to make sure I got my gluten free bread and coffee. They make eggs, pancakes and crepes to order. Some mornings we just got a tray and took our breakfast in the room The pool area is great, with a bar to have drinks in the evening. We tried the Lebanese restaurant (that is on premises but not affiliated with the hotel) Salads were really good. It was a 5 minute walk to the 2nd circle where there were a plethora of good food at low prices, included a grocery store where we stocked up on snacks. A 10 minute walk downhill to rainbow street where there are lots of cafes. There were taxis waiting at the door, that would negotiate prices upfront, or somedays we walked to the main road and took a yellow cab. It was a wonderful stay. Do not stay at any of the chain hotels, this place is a gem.

We stayed here for three nights at the start of our tour of Jordan. It is within walking distance of Rainbow Street and is very convenient for pick-ups for excursions out of the city. We were on the 5th floor and were wowed by the size of our accommodation. It was just what we needed to relax in after the heat of the days' activities. Superb sleeping area and spacious lounge. We were very tired on the first night and took advantage of room service, which was very good and well-priced too. A very good breakfast was provided throughout our stay. Just across the road is an ATM and there is a useful supermarket a few minutes walk away too. We had two evening meals at Between Circles, adjacent to the hotel. Very welcoming and a really pleasant place to eat and drink. Overall, an excellent place to stay in Amman.

I stayed twice in December. During the stay before going to Petra, I noticed several issues. The second stay was better. I was given an upgrade to a suite with a fully separated bedroom and breakfast seemed to have improved a little bit. They do not seem to care about replenishing some breakfast items for people who decide to have it inmediately before 10.
I found my first room dirty. Moreover, the noise from the empty refrigerator is annoying.
At the end of the stay you are given a questionnaire, it is a little bit annoying specially if you are in a rush. If you point out something negative, they try to respond.

Wonderful hotel close to many things in the older part of Amman, including Rainbow Street. Each large suite has a very comfortable bed; a sofa and TV, a kitchenette and a large bathroom with a bidet. It felt gracious and the huge window overlooking Amman gave it the feel of a large apartment. Everything was very modern, comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly & helpful. Included buffet breakfast was very good whether you are a Westerner or someone from Jordan. The icing on the cake was a free guest laundry so that at the end of my 7 days in Jordan, I had clean clothes & I didn’t have to wash in the sink!

We stayed here at two occasions and on both our room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Needless to say that the hotel should have non-smoking rooms. On one of the times we stayed, the ventilation and air conditioning of the room seemed to have a life of their own and just continued working even when we put the system off. Staff at breakfast seems bit lost and it would have been nice to have some variety of fresh fruit. Melon everyday was boring and didn’t do justice to all the produce you see in the markets. Finally why does the pool close at 6pm? There’s day light and enough heat for at least another hour.
Having said this, the hotel is very well located, within walking distance from the city center and staff was always friendly. Nice but not a 5 star hotel.

Yes they do room service and I thought it was 24 hours but definitely best to check ahead. We messaged them about our arrival time and they were really quick to respond.
They will valet park your car in the car park.....which means I have no idea of the size of the car park, but it wasn't a problem at any time when we were there.
When I was there in March the pool was closed but they do have a number of restaurants nearby which are quite well priced
We have visited Amman and the House Boutique Hotel beginning December 21. The pool was closed as it was winter. I am not sure, when they open it again but it looked nice. There was no bar at the hotel. There are nice bars in Rainbow street. It is a 10 minutes walk and we felt 100% safe. There is only traffic on the road and you don't feel alone
They will surely help you out at the Concierge desk
