We stayed in this hotel during our pilgrimage that started in Egypt and ended in Jordan. We visited Mt. Nebo and other sites, and also Petra. This hotel is an ideal place to rest after tiring days of a traveling across Jordan. Bed was comfortable, bathroom with hot water and the bedroom has an air-conditioning with heater. The television was very helpful. One early morning, in our room at the 5th floor, we were awaken by a tremor. I immediately opened the TV, tuned to CNN... the epicenter of the earthquake was in Turkey... quite far. The restaurant is not large enough to accommodate large groups at a time. They don't serve alcoholic drinks. There is a gift shop where you can buy souvenirs, jewelries, luggages... One morning, the road outside was covered with snow.

It's normal hotel in general. Rooms are comfortable. It could be something definitely better for this price. Thus, If you wish something superb, I could recommend to pay a bit more and stay in any real Palace hotel. Fitness works for women only at mornings. Windows are not enough clean. Breakfast is good, but not superb.

Rooms were clean, comfortable; had tea/coffee making facilities; a safe; bathroom was fine. Reception area was clean and comfortable as well. Food in the restaurant was buffet style for breakfast and dinner and was adequate but don't get too excited. Reasonable choice and quality. No alcohol served in the hotel and one of our party who enquired about it got a bit of lecture about using it. Orders for soft drinks tended to get forgotten as well. Hotel is in a nice quiet area but not really close to the main sights. OK to come back to after a days sightseeing to relax but not close to the action so not for everyone. Pharmacy opposite and one small supermarket a few mins away.

Decent hotel for the price. Rooms were alright. Make sure you get your key re-programmed every day, or you'll spend a lot of time going up and down in the elevator. Pool area is small. It is a bit away from downtown. Used the laundry service, which was a bit expensive. Taxis were a bit cheaper than Uber, but do NOT use the hotel taxi. Get your own. It was very expensive. Spent a Friday night at the Mall, which was very crowded, but it was nice not to have to "haggle" about prices.

The hotel is quiet far from city centre , though the staff are efficient to hail a taxi and update us where to go and how much the taxi fare would be . The hotel rooms are decent , clean and neat and decent size . The staff are courteous and very helpful. Food was tasty but the problem is there isn’t variety enough , we stayed here for 3 nights but the menu seemed to have more repeat dishes than new ones. Stay was averagely comfortable.

I travelled alone, yet I never felt like I was on my own for 1 minute. I cannot thank the staff enough, Mokdad, Usama, Ashraf, Rawan, Mohammed and the incredible chef Hassan. The service is 5 Star, the care and attention is 5 star, the food was exquisite. My room was so comfortable and I enjoyed a great night sleep at the end of a busy day. If travelling to Amman, I highly recommend the Harir Palace 🙏 Shukran!

Hotel was booked by our tour operator.. Not really maintained well. Rooms were full of foul smell.. i think reported by many but no corrective action . Changed the room as fridge & a/c wasn’t working.. all that consumed our precious time..

A terrible hotel. It is not 4* and I pointed out to the manager. We booked adjoining rooms for your children and they put us in rooms 50m apart. They said they were fully booked. The bath didn’t even have taps! Windows covered in black dirt and cigarette burns all around the room.

Bit far from city centre. They staff were not used to multilingual people. As our driver said this hotel is very good for Arabic people not for others and I find its true. They don't speak or understand English which was surprising for me as all the places we stayed in Jordan they all speak and understand English very well. After we checked in our luggage was left unattended near the main entrance we did report this to concierge but no one was bothered as they busy pleasing other Arabic guest. I did mentioned this incident upon checking out but the reception was not responsive. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to Indian, English or Europeans.

Very nice and clean hotel. The staff are very friendly, professional and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The food are tasty. Location is quiet, around five minutes by taxi to the Abdali mall and the Boulevard. Value to money is very good.
