I stayed here for 2 nights in Dec-18. My friend and I were upgraded to a suite where there were 2 double beds. The room was comfortable, good shower (stable hot water) and good wifi. Breakfast spread was good. I remember the coffee to be particularly good. There are many

I stayed at Gerasa Hotel on a business trip. The rooms are clean and comfy, and - importantly since it was winter - nice and warm. The front desk clerk Nader was friendly and helpful. He seemed always to be on duty, poor man. He was there are 4pm when we came in from a meeting,

I think the hotel in overall was very good. The guy at the front desk “Nader” was very helpful and very friendly. We had no problem despite enjoyed our stay. I think the breakfast selection was also perfect. The endless coffee rounds, the service from all the staff was very

Except for Shadi (the bellman) everyone else was quite distant, cold, and not very helpful. Housekeeping leaves a lot to be desired. My dirty glass from the first day was never picked up from my room. I ran out of toilet paper and kleenex and was never brought any tissues

Do they provide a Shuttle from the airport
I expect it can be arranged but I would make your own arrangements as they will charge you a lot. I don’t know what day of the week you will arrive but bear in mind that Friday and Saturday are the Holy Days so traffic is not so heavy but if it is any other day the traffic in Amman is a nightmare...they have never heard of traffic lanes and it took us over two hours to get to the Gerasa Hotel so as you can see a private transfer would be expensive and Jordan is not a cheap country. Enjoy your holiday because Jordan is friendly, safe, with beautiful sites to see.
