I give the guy in the reception me and my girlfriend's passport after being asked for it. He asks if we are married, and I say yes. He gives the passports back and shows us to our room. After a while he comes back and says he wants to see the passports again to check in a database if we are married or not. We don't give him the passports and leave after he refuses our stay. Worst experience ever at a hotel.

The whole facility is in a extremally bad condition. Bed sheets was dirty. Falling plaster from the walls. Cockroaches in the bathroom. Wi-fi worked only in the lobby downstairs. TV doesn't work at all. 30 eur per room was a robbery. Location is very convenient, 5 min walk to JETT bus station at 7th Circle. Front desk employee was kind and quite helpful.

I was in the suite and it was untidy and the colors where disgusting and when the people at the main desk saw us they started to talk in arabic and laugh at us Jordan is very nice although I would recommend that you go to a good hotel like the royal and the 4 seasons and the Fremont.
