What a gem. Yoel and his team are professional, reliable, communicative, and accessible. The property is in the most ideal location, directly across the street from Ben Yehuda. Rooms are updated, very large, and private. Views are incredible. Beds are very comfortable. There is also a Shabbos elevator. Very affordable for what you are receiving. I'd stay here over the smaller rooms at the more expensive hotels any day. Would definitely stay here again.

Our family has stayed at 21st Floor before and we definitely will again. We love it. It’s centrally located and the staff is always helpful. Ben Yehuda is across the street and the Old City and Emek Refaim are walking distance. Our stay was not long enough!

Our stay at 21st floor was wonderful. We found almost everything we needed for a family with little kid. The view over Jerusalem is spectacular! Worth staying 100%. The appartment is very clean. Joel and his team are great hosts. They helped us to solve all the issues we had due to payment problems. Very kind and helpful staff. Totally recommend for families in Jerusalem. Alex

Spacious apartment, very clean, nicely decorated and well maintained. The view of Jerusalem from the 21st floor was breathtaking. The manager Anas was always around to help with anything we needed and always with a smile. Service was outstanding. The location is excellent, in the city centre and close to Ben Yehuda, Machaneh Yehuda, the tram on Yafo, buses on King George, Mamilla Mall and the Old City. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel has an amazing view of Jerusalem. It’s perfect for anyone who’s staying multiple days because it has a full kitchen., especially over Shabbat. The location is perfect for visiting the market, Kotel, religious areas and has easy access to the subway.

The secret to a luxury accommodation is not just the furnishings, it is the service. The personal touch and attention to detail sets this wonderful luxury top floor hotel suites above the rest. Home away from Home. What a wonderful experience. The service is outstanding. Anas the Housekeeping Manager is a true professional who clearly loves what he does. The suite is stunning with breathtaking views. You can choose the option of having food for Shabbat prepared in the suite kitchen. To come back after a busy day with the smell of Shabbat with everything ready is something very unique to the 24 Floor Suit Hotel. Yoel the owner and manager is wonderful. Every detail, every request - he and his team took care of. For anyone not looking to stay at a regular hotel but to have a luxury apartment but with a hotel service experience - I highly recommend coming to stay. You know when a stay is so wonderful, when you check out and each day you have fond memories and a powerful desire to return. Outstanding. Thank you very much. Regards, Jeremy Weiss Concierge Manager King David Hotel

This is an unusual hotel. Literally on the 21st floor of an office building. Great location and views. 2-level rooms (with winding stairs, if that is an issue). Wonderful rooms with kitchens, etc. the manager is very helpful. Only downside, if one cares, is there is not Lobby. We have stayed here couple of times and highly recommend it.
