Lost all my prepaid x4 night stay when the Windows closed due to CCP virus. \ Refuse to credit toward a future stay. The mgr has been nasty, obnoxious & snarky. There are many other places to stay in Jerusalem so no need to patronized this rip-off.

Had a bit of an issue with the parking at first, and connecting with the agent in charge of the property as this is a private apartment building and there is no concierge for tourists. But the apartment is very spacious, furnishing is pretty good (thought not as good as some of the pictures suggest), view is amazing, and it even comes with a bottle of free wine! Best of all, it's right above a great market with both groceries and restaurants. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying for a few days.

We booked a hotel in February through booking.com and planned to visit in June 2020 for a week. Our flight got cancelled, even if not, we can’t isolate for 2 weeks in Israel to follow their guidance. We called few times to the hotel. The person who picks the call takes our information and promise someone will call back. Nobody called. They took my money and don’t think I deserve to be called back... Be careful!

Spent 4 nights here after our tour of Israel finished. Very welcoming staff, well appointed apartments, located close to light rail, night markets and walkable to the Old City. Thoroughly recommended !

This hotel refused to reimburse me for our stay even though I had cancelled well within their cancellation deadline. Booking.com does not enforce its terms of business with them. Do not book with this hotel because you wont get your money back.

We had a fantastic stay at the Windows of Jerusalem A big and comfortable flat, kitchen, bedroom and sittingroom. All neccesary equipment avaiable. Close to Jaffa Road where the Tram is running and the station Davidka is 2 minutes away. Also walking distance to Mahane Yehuda Market and even to Old Town in 20 minutes by walk. Good value for the price!

Building is in a great location, near the market, light rail and walking distance to many locations, including Tower of David. Unit was very clean and secure and check in and out was very easy. Don't recommend driving a car in area.

From the pre arrival info, to the warm welcome we received, to the wonderful apartment with every facility you could ever need - this was just a great place. Location wise it’s great too, we got the bus from Ben Gurion, finding the office was tricky as it’s off the main road and the road numberings/google maps don’t help. Once you work it out it’s super easy. This is easily somewhere you could stay for a couple of nights or for a couple of months - it’s a real home from home, I had a couple of questions while we were there and the team came back to me really quickly. The fabulous market is a 2minute walk away. Please do not miss it - it’s the best food market I’ve ever experienced
