The room we got was lovely and spacious and we enjoyed the authentically styled decor and little touch for our honeymoon. We enjoyed the breakfast which had a range of good hot and cold options, as well as juices and fresh coffees they make for you on request. The hotel manager (Mahmoud) was very helpful when we needed support with a taxi booking. The location is superb- very easy to walk to the Old City but also it's in a buzzing neighbourhood with lots of places to eat, drink and shop. The happy hour extra snacks and wine was wonderful and we liked being able to sit out on the patio to enjoy this. Wifi was also good.

Hotel's Favourite
Here are the reason why this is a perfect hotel. 1. AMAZING SERVICE. All the stuff are so friendly and always willing to assist and will do anything to fulfill your requests. From the front desk to kitchen and cleaning I could find a single person that was not with a smile. 2. BREAKFAST. Big variety of food which is well cooked and served. 3. LOCATION. n the heart of Jerusalem close to the light train, markets and shops of the city center. 4. HAPPY HOUR AND SNACKS. Monday to Friday they have something called happy hour between 3 to 6. It's nice, easy and relaxing. Snacks and cold water are always available at lobby for the guests to enjoy. 5. ROOMS. Well designed and very clean).

Rooms and ambience very good. Centrally located but cars Can’t enter. Buggy is arranged to move the luggage to the Main Street. No parking Happy hours in the evening is complimentary with good spread and wine. Breakfast is good and a disturbance. Night time disturbance from street food stalls is unavoidable. Good shopping next to hotel. Hotel staff are very receptive .

I've stayed in dozens of hotels in Jerusalem - including the most luxurious properties. The Arthur Hotel was amazing in every way! The location is perfect. The service was flawless. Breakfast was delicious. And the "surprise and delight" touches such as daily happy hour with wine and snacks a great addition at the end of a busy day of sightseeing. The hotel is steps from the light rail, which will take you absolutely everywhere you want to go in Jerusalem, and although it is situated in a popular area, our room was surprising quiet and serene. The bed was super comfortable, and we were treated so well over our five nights! I highly recommend the Arthur Hotel to couples, groups of friends, or solo travelers. Thank you for such an amazing stay!

We were pleasantly surprised by this new boutique hotel right in the heart of Jerusalem. The location could not be better. The staff was kind and friendly Buffet breakfast was abundant But their Happy Hour daily was a true surprise that I haven't experienced in any other Jerusalem hotel Taxis cannot come to the door. As the hotel is located on a pedestrian path. But they happily drove us in a golf cart with our luggage to the taxi stand. I highly recommend this hotel

This is our hotel in Jerusalem Arthur hotel is our favourite place . We come every summer. We feel here like home but abroad. Very convenient room, the people are more than warm, taking care on you from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave. When you come back to the hotel it looks like the staff are waiting only for you to hear how was you day and how can the help you to feel at home. Not to speak on the premium location . Easy to reach to any place in town. Food ,caffès and people are around and still it is a quite hotel And the happy hour food and coffee starting from 5 pm Great experience Go there you will really enjoy and come again
