Staff was pleasant and helpful. We've been able to do an early chech-in and a late checkout. We've asked for a quiet room and we got just exactly that. The hotel is beautifully decorated and very central. The breakfast is good, not excellent (no eggs prepared on demand for instance).

We went to Arthur hotel for one night , we were 2 couples, it was excellent. Wonderful location close to yafo Street, 10 min walk from the market and the western wall. The staff was lovely and the happy hour was great!!! I will be happy to return again.

Probably the best hotel in Jerusalem by far!! I love this hotel for so many reasons: its central location, exquisite interior design, amazing breakfast and happy hour, but most of all the excellent team!! Ayala and her staff make me feel I’m home every time I come back!! Love this place so much! BOOK IT!!

Great location , very friendly staff , good breakfast with a large variety of salads , eggs and sweets . Walking distance from prime locations in Jerusalem . Rooms are ok , clean but small . Staff welcome after party activities . Happy hour - nice , food can be improved .

It was m second time at the hotel We came with a small group of 5 couples to visit Jerusalem. Cozy hotel with excellent service, very convenient location in the center of Jerusalem. Walking distance to attractions , restaurantes etc. Serving very good breakfast and happy hour. Recommended to all.
