We checked into this hotel for a weekend stay and we were thoroughly disgusted with the facility and the customer service. We had booked 4 rooms well in advance and we had to cancel two of the rooms due to a medical emergency. We offered to provide medical documentation but were ignored when we emailed more than a week before our scheduled stay. When we arrived we were told that we should have canceled the other two rooms since the cancellation I submitted was for two fo the already paid rooms and they were non-refundable. No effort was made to make this right even in the case of a medical emergency. We also found the facility lacking - garbage was left in the hallway and never removed, very disorganized when we went to breakfast and were not allowed to be seated. That took another trip to the front desk to solve. The problem was with their system which evidently was not updated to reflect that we already paid for breakfast. Overall, very unsatisfied. Strongly discourage you from booking this facility.

We made a reservation for this weekend, all hotels in Jerusalem let religious people stay to after the Jewish Sabbath. When I made the reservation no one told me about any limitation. They phoned me 3 days later and told me I had to be out of the room by 14. They cancelled my reservation without a problem, my kids were disappointed I will not book with them again

Problems with the check in. For some reason the order didn't match what they saw. They never answer the phone when you call from the room. Problems with electricity. Too little towels. To cakes at the "cake break".

A family occasion was spoilt by the quality of the rooms and lack of service by employees mostly in the dining room. The food was or and often too spicy not the freshest either. We did enjoy the pool and surrounding grassy area. The hotel was none too clean considering we are still plagued with corona. The bedrooms were dirty some of the family had uncomfortable broken mattresses and a broken shower. The room carpet could do with a good steam clean as they are surely full of bacteria and fungus . All in all a big disappointment.

We were hosteled during August for 2 nights. We're we're 14 people. The rooms were basic and the bed were very uncomfortable. The food was very very basic and far from fresh. We were shocked from the bad quality of the food. The service was basic and not welcoming. The pool water was cold and full of people outside the hotel. No children activities in the hotel. We're we're told otherwise. Not recomended.

This was by far the best experience I had staying in a hotel and it had very little to do with the room we stayed in. It starts with the receptionists which are not only courteous and helpful. They are actually friendly and seem to be enjoying meeting people and talking to them. The hotel has a country club at its door step including a great swimming pool, Gym and a restaurant. The hotels dinning hall is spacious and breakfast is very rich. The hotel is located just across the street from Kibbutz Ramat Rachel and is actually managed by the Kibbutz. The reason I point this out is because I believe that the spirit of the Kibbutz's people is what makes this place so amazing.

We stayed in the hotel recently and really enjoyed our time there. Our room was recently renovated and just opened for guests so everything was new. We also had a nice balcony. Food. Although the breakfast could have had a few more choices of Salads and hot food the dinner and especially Saturday lunch was very good. Special thanks go to Maya for all the advice and help given to make our stay the pleasure that it was. We will definitely come back.

We had a great time! Very comfortable and clean rooms, very friendly hospitality, the pool and gym are excellent! The Kibutz has many unique activities for the kids- cherry blossom, petting zoo, a small archeological site, hydroponic farm and great Jerusalem view
