Our reservation got moved here from Dan Boutique without warning. Needless to say after driving 3.5 hours we were not happy campers. But the staff here warmly welcomed us and made our problems go away. I have to say that Oded the concierge or manager is the best I've seen. He is everywhere with a smile and help. Really great place to stay.

We recently stayed at the Dan Panorama for 8 nights. We had been there several times before, and the experience was always quite good. But this time, the staff went above and beyond any expectations that we might have had. From the front desk, headed up by Gal, including Elna, Lena. Rosa, and Muf, everything was handled smoothly and with a smile. The bell staff, consisting of Arad and Emanuel, were always there to help with just about anything. The service and the food in the dining room were excellent as well, with great service provided by Levon, Muneer, Naim, Shimon, and Mohammed. The housekeeping staff also did a great job, including Mustafa, who took care of our room. And finally, Waleed at the bar made great drinks. If you are looking for a great hotel in a great location, with fair prices, and a staff that is really dedicated to customer service, then the Dan panorama in Jerusalem is for you.…

Having a great time at the Dan Panaram. Room has a great view and very nicely decorated. The staff have been brilliant, favorite places have been the pool and executive lounge which I highly recommend, Hamis Rahman's friendly and helpful service was really appreciated on my last day of the trip. The hotels is located an easy walking distance for me to visit the old town and the museum were I emersed myself in the history of Jerusalem and Israel. When I have fancied a bit of a more lively time there are many superb bars and restaurants to be found close by... checkout Gatsby bar if you can find it.

My husband and I spent six wonderful days at the Dan panorama and Jerusalem the hotel staff was helpful and very understanding. They gave us a very large room and we had access to the executive lounge at the executive lounge it was our pleasure to meet HAMIS Rahman Who is very welcoming and provided excellent service. We spent three hours in the lounge while we were waiting for the day to cool off and for us to go to the airport to return to New York. I strongly recommend staying at the damn panorama and your trip will be enhanced by a visit to the executive lounge where Hamis will provide excellent service
