Had a fabulous break at this hotel.. Stsff were amazing extra thanks to Yahav, Linoy and Benny who went ouf if their way to make our stay special. Room was spectacular with beautiful views. We thoroughly recommend this hotel. Position of hotel good, near train and buses and can walk into town. Thank you.

This week we visited Vert Jerusalem Hotel. This is to emphasize and appreciate the amazing athmosphere in Hamsa Restaurant led by Mr. Firaz Izhiman- Director of food and Beverage. The restaurant presents a huge ammount of delicious dishes including Israeli and vegetarian cuisine. Personnel is kind and gives the best service ever seen. Thanks Firaz from the bottom of our heart!

The hotel has a very good location in the city, you can reach many tourist attractions by a short drive, or a short to long walk (depends on the distance and your velocity). The receptionists are very kind and would help if there’s a problem. There are procedures that can be used in the hotel (restaurants, SPA) that I myself didn’t use, so I can only say it exists. However, it should be marked that the parking is a paid one, also to the residents of the hotel, and the menu of the breakfast is quite small and limited in my opinion.

Wouldn’t come again The staff customer service was the only good thing and the view from our bedroom. As soon as we entered the building we got weird stares at from people staying there. I was just filling up my water bottle and I was asked twice from security if I stayed here. Felt very out of place and intimidated. The bathroom tap was leaking and the doors were very thin could hear the elevator 🛗 each time and people talking and walking early morning. If you wear a hijab I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

I cannot say enough positive things about the Vert Jerusalem hotel. This was my 5th time to Jerusalem and I have stayed at several hotels during my visits. The Vert Jerusalem stands out at the top from all the other hotels that I have stayed at. All the people at the front desk, especially Abdallh were exceptionally nice and always helpful. The breakfast buffet was the best that I have had at any hotel in Israel. The business lounge always had a great assortment of goodies. They have a spa and a heated pool to relax at. Massage rates at the spa were very reasonable. The nicest person at the hotel was Arik Snir, a manager. Once he found out that I was travelling alone, he always made a point to check in with me to see that I had everything that I needed. He guided me to the best routes to take to my destinations, was able to give restaurant recommendations and when I needed a taxi on the sabbath, he made sure that I got a taxi driver that would not rip me off (taxi drivers on the sabbath tend not to run the meters and charge 2-3 times the normal rates). Arik made me feel like an older brother was watching out for my best interests. When I return to Jerusalem during the summer, I will stay at the Vert Jerusalem because of Arik and all the other wonderful staff.…
