Hotel in excellent location close to everything a short walk from the market, accessible by light train Gentle and smiling reception staff with unlimited water and coffee and delicious grapefruit, delicious breakfast in a coffee shop of choice, we ate a delicious and clean couple dinner there We also did excellent spa treatment with professional therapists A great and enjoyable experience. We will be back again.

I've known this chain for years, I've been all over the country - a good and not disappointing chain! There is no doubt that the location is perfect, the hotel has a staff that is available and helpful at any hour Good restaurants for breakfast The room is stunning The jacuzzi and rooftop pools are great but they are a little dirty and require a little maintenance. Despite all this, I will not return to the hotel in Mahane Yehuda, since there is no parking arrangement or even a certain percentage of participation from the hotel, it does not make sense to pay a considerable amount for a weekend at the hotel And on top of that, pay close to NIS 350 for parking! I expect the hotel where I am staying to take care of guests and arrange parking. It's not unusual and there are many hotels that do it and that's how it should be

The hotel is in a very central place and 2 minutes from the camp. Overall the hotel is good and we got the room right away and the room we got is big but it doesn't have accessories like a kettle, pan and there was a lot of dust on the dressers and dirt in the area of the sink
There is a construction site in front of the hotel but there was not too much noise There is no parking arrangement at the hotel and the most normal parking in the entire area is NIS 100 per day

Delay in receiving the rooms (not only ours) There is no refrigerator in the room, as if there is one, apparently not for the use of the guests, it is more important for them to fill it with cans and demand NIS 18 for each can. People next to us complained that they got a room while the house was still cleaning inside. This black design, why is it good? There is not enough lighting, the whole room is dark It is written that all the rooms in the hotel have a king size bed and the bed is 1.4 in width On the website it is written that the hours of operation at the nearby construction site are from 7 to 6 p.m., when in practice they worked there until 8:00-9:00 p.m. There is no dining room in this hotel, you get a breakfast voucher for some coffee in the area, maybe this is the only thing that saved our vacation. Another bad thing is that there is no personal shampoo and shower gel, I have to touch the mouth of a reusable bottle that is hanging inside the shower, who knows how many bacteria it has accumulated??? And come on, the economy really doesn't clean up that they won't work for you. I had to purchase a new one to not use it. We asked for a clean set of sheets, we didn't even ask for them to be changed, we wanted to do it ourselves, and the housekeeping guy comes and says they don't have any more sheets. True? It turns out that it is.
There is no parking for the hotel, be prepared to pay a serious amount for a night in the parking lot The hallucination here, all this and a night costs no less than 1000 NIS!!!! Do yourself a favor and don't come, a hotel that is listed on the internet as being under construction but has been working for two years, and it doesn't seem like they know how to work.

Dis recommendation for the hotel 1. The room we got had an unpleasant smell of cigarettes, when we called a maintenance man he apologized and said that the hotel was fully booked and had no other room to offer. 2. The float in the toilet was broken and the water flowed non-stop. 3. Breakfast was supposed to last until 10:30, when we arrived at 09:50 the buffet was completely empty. It took the team about 20 minutes to fill only part of it. 4. The rooftop jacuzzi did not work. In conclusion, an unpleasant experience, not recommended.

We are a couple celebrating 50 years of marriage, the girls spoiled us at night at the hotel in Rishon Jerusalem. They asked to order a bottle of wine for them for a fee and stated in the receipt that they would indulge at their expense. We arrived at the hotel at 13:00 and asked to check in. We received a cold and even blunt welcome from the receptionist who did not raise her head and said only at 15:00. We returned at 15:00 and got the room which of course did not have the promised bottle. The new windows are dirty. The friends who came with us booked a room with a balcony where it was impossible to sit because of the dirt. In the morning we found out that breakfast is not in the hotel but a 10 minute walk away and since the elevator didn't work we had to go up 4 floors on foot - 70 year old people. After checking out we found out that they charged us for an additional NIS 200 without informing us even though the vacation was paid for in full a week before We called to ask why an additional charge was made and only after four days and about 4 calls were we summoned. On the same day I wrote a comment about the hotel and its conduct and they have not yet answered, a bad experience to say the least

I found the stay at the Browne Hotel very relaxing. Upon arrival in my room, I found a bottle of a good local Cabernet. The bed was comfortable and you could even sit outside on the terrace. Cozy lobby with 2 Nespresso machines, Arabic coffee, samovars for various teas, and fresh water to drink, everything is always in order and free. The hotel is in the new area of Jerusalem close to HaDavidka, within walking distance or just 2 light train stops from the old city. Very clean with friendly staff and of course free wifi.

We visited the hotel to celebrate a birthday, and the experience was very disappointing. First, it was not mentioned in advance that the hotel was surrounded by an active construction site which caused a loud and disturbing noise throughout the day. The room was in an unlikely state – the sheets were dirty, the towels and cabinets were with stains of rubber, and the room did not have a comforter or any other basic facilities. We received a modest compensation for a bottle of wine, which cost no more than $40 per store. In addition, the chosen room included a balcony and jacuzzi, but the jacuzzi was dirty with plastic and hair stuck in the door, and on the balcony chair there was deer stool.
Not only was the room in bad condition, but the whole hotel as well. The hallways were dirty, the navigation was not complete (letters were missing), and the lobby was in bad conditions with broken and crumbling furniture. The cost per night is close to $1,000, and it's not clear how a place like this can charge that much. Stay away, I do not advise.

Let's start with the fact that the hotel doesn't have sheets, they didn't do laundry, that's the answer. Sleep on dirty sheets because that's the sheets we got. The window in the room did not close, there was excessive noise from the renovations next door, although it is written that if the window does not close, how will you deal with the noise? The air conditioner barely worked, I've never seen anything like that in any hotel I've stayed in, You come for three days and pay NIS 480 for parking, this hotel is not free, at least take care of parking arrangements for your guests. We felt disrespected mainly from a business that should respect itself. Braun is a brand, and if he owns such places, then it's a shame. Because I will not return there and with such an experience in their hotel I do not know if I will return to them.

Do not go to Brown Mahane Yehuda!!! We were there in a lobby with individual chairs, no seating. Small and crowded dark rooms. Breakfast with a voucher for restaurants when you pay dearly for the accommodation. no parking ! Not even around the hotel because of its location near the market and in the city center, all the parking spaces are occupied and you have to pay NIS 24 per hour! Power outages in the rooms TV does not work. bad service!! Do not go to this hotel!
