I've stayed at a bunch of small boutique hotels in Israel, and this is the best I've stayed at in Jerusalem. Very friendly staff, beautiful and clean rooms, great breakfast, and nice outdoor area. Also it's very well located, just 5 minutes walking from Machne Yehudah and a great coffee shop across the street. I had a personal issue and the staff was incredibly warm and thoughtful in helping me find a solution. I highly recommend this hotel and will be going back there myself soon!

This hotel is very good except that the room is on the smaller sde. An extra 3 sq meters would make a world of difference. Breakfast was excellent. Nespresso machine inside the room. Wine light snacks at 5 pm. Location was ok. The market was a 7 minute walk.

Nice hotel, excellent location in the center of Jerusalem within walking distance of everywhere. The hotel is small, clean and homely, very nice staff. The rooms are very small, basic breakfast. A bit expensive for the value.

My stay at Bezalel Hotel in Jerusalem was a truly remarkable experience. Tucked away in the heart of the city, this boutique hotel is a hidden gem that combines modern comfort with the rich history of Jerusalem. From the moment I entered the hotel, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality by the staff. The attention to detail in the hotel’s design and decor is impressive, with a perfect blend of contemporary style and traditional elements. My room was cozy, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed, offering a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring the city. The hotel’s location is ideal for exploring Jerusalem’s historic sites, with many within walking distance. The staff’s recommendations for nearby attractions and dining options were invaluable. The rooftop terrace, with its panoramic views of the city, is a must-visit, especially during sunset. It’s a serene spot to unwind and reflect on the day’s adventures. Bezalel Hotel offers a unique and unforgettable Jerusalem experience, and I can’t wait to return.

Great location. Clean and modern facility. But... - Water and minibar is not refilled automatically each day - people need water when it is almost 40C. - Our room was tiny - is this general throughout the hotel? No desk area. Ludicrously hard to turn around in the bathroom. - A lot of street noise

Bezalel is an amazing cozy boutique hotel. Incredible, friendly service. The attention to details, breakfast was absolutely the best. Rooms show a lot of local art and are very clean, comfortable, and quite nice. A short 15 minute walk to the Old Vity. A great thanks to all staff who went beyond their reach to acommodate our requests. Adi, the manager, shows great leadership and service.

The hotel is nice and pleasant. Nicely decorated, the hotel’s staff is kind and helpful. The location is great. The problem was that there is no parking arrangement with none of the parking garages around which was time and money consuming.

The designed hotel is excellently located, walking distance from many attractions. Reception is fast and efficient, the clerks are helpful and efficient, (especially Raza). Coffee and cold drinks are provided at reception. The rooms are not large but nicely decorated, comfortable beds, impeccable cleanliness, the shower is spacious and well equipped, excellent air conditioning and multi-channel television. In the room, a free minibar with soft drinks and a coffee machine. Very good breakfast, well managed and courteous. In the afternoon, the hotel offers a kind of light meal to all its guests. In conclusion - highly recommended.
