We visited the hotel with our infant daughter. The room was excellent with a great view of the sea. Food was great much better then the standard in many hotels! Friendly and helpful staff. I also used the gym on site and it was adequate. Great amenities for our daughter - a crib eas laid out and a baby tub was supplied upon request. Would definitely recommend
Great place to stay at the beach. Hotel is clean and family friendly. Perfect place for family gathering. The Staff was cordial and attentive. They provided with everything we needed and were fast. The food was exceptional and incredibly fresh and great variety.
For years I have coming to this hotel and would like to say special thank you to Miri Capon. She is perfect professional lovely person who cares of my trip always and keeps surprising each time with attention to details .
I always enjoy my stay at the Leonardo in Haifa. Miri Capon, public relations manager, and all the staff are warm and welcoming. The food is delicious and the view is beautiful. A relaxing home away from home when I am on business. Jim Baxter
From the moment we walked into the Leonardo we felt welcomed and part of the family. Eti, Miri and all the Staff were amazing and helped us with anything we needed. The location and views of the sea were breathtaking, and the food (dinner and breakfast) options were vast and tasty. We lacked for nothing. We loved our stay and can't wait to return.
We booked a room for people with mobility issues and it seemed that they had overbooked that room. For the first night they offered us a regular room and after speaking with Miri she arranged it so that we got the room the following day. That room was like a whole apartment with a separate closed bedroom, a large living and dining room, a big kitchen with a large fridge. The bathroom was spacious with both a walk in shower and a bathtub. The included breakfast was varied and plentiful, the kosher Shabbat supper was outstanding in terms of choice and quality, with plenty of choices of meat, chicken, fish dishes, tons of salads and appetizers and delicious deserts. The hotel is located right on the beach and there was free outdoor parking. There is also an outdoor pool, a gym, a synagogue with a minyan. We very much enjoyed our stay there.…
Special thanks to Miri who no matter what time of the day I go down to the lobby or during breakfast I find her. She is always smilling, energetic and always asking if I need anything. The hotel has an awesome view by the sea.
We have been touring Israel for the past month, and have stayed exclusively at 5-star hotels up to this point. Our booking at the Leonardo Plaza was a gamble, but we wanted to stay on the water after being in the Carmel mountains of Haifa for 3 days (5-star hotel—beautiful but hated it there). Our stay here at Leonardo Plaza has been nothing short of spectacular. We originally booked for 3 nights, and have now decided to make this our “base” and have extended our stay for another 15 days. The rooms may not be as refined as others at which we’ve stayed, but they’re roomy and clean, and the staff and the hotel amenities make up for anything that may be lacking. Smiles everywhere starting at the front desk and continuing any time you encounter staff. They are hospitable and it’s apparent that they’re eager to make guests feel valued and happy. Any request we’ve had has been fulfilled quickly, professionally and with a smile. The rooms are generously-sized and lack nothing. Towels are absorbent (a pet peeve of mine when they’re not), toiletries are very good. Bathtub/shower isn’t visually luxurious, but it gets the job done. Take a room with a balcony!! Views are spectacular. Sunsets are movie quality! The breakfast buffet is OUTSTANDING. Cheers to everyone in the kitchen and dining room! Miri greeting us like family every morning is such a pleasure. Peter making us our choice in preparation of our eggs (always with a warm friendly smile, and bigger personality!). A barista who prepares your cappuccino or espresso to your liking. This hotel offers THE best Israeli breakfast anywhere BY FAR (even beats the one offered by my fave Tel Aviv beachfront hotel). You name it, it’s offered. Daily changes to salads, quiches, types of borekas, etc discourages any food boredom. The choices are all stellar and delicious ( more spinach blintzes, please). Dining room staff are PROS! Tables are cleaned quickly, plates removed immediately once you’re done (another pet peeve of mine). Other fabulous attributes this hotel offers: THE BEACH. YOU’RE LITERALLY ON IT. Great walking path to walk off breakfast buffets calories. Great places to eat( full meals or just nosh and drink, or have another cup of great coffee) all right behind the hotel (exit through the pool area-make sure you have your room key with you for return access ease) if you don’t partake in the dinners the hotel offers. The hotel indoor pool is heated and large, with tons of lounge chairs and lounging beds. Lifeguard and attendant. The hotel lobby is comfortable, has a bar with super lovely staff, a beautiful view of the Mediterranean and there’s nice background music playing. Hospitality beverages (juices) and sweets (cookies, dried fruits) greet you in the lobby late-afternoon after your day out. The TRAIN is literally a 7 minute walk away and has given us a new unexpected way to explore towns in Israel that we never expected to visit. So many adventures we never expected to take because of the location of this hotel in relation to this mode of transportation. The system is set up so that it’s easy for anyone to use. We have had so many great experiences meeting Israelis when we travel this way. Shabbat is now upon us, stores have closed and we are back in our room relaxed and happy. There’s nowhere else we’d rather be than at the Leonardo Plaza Haifa. Big thanks to the Fattal staff for offering the perfect Israeli retreat that continues to make us feel like we’re staying at a home away from home. …
I stayed 5 day's at the hotel Leonardo Plaza Haifa Hotel. My stay was very pleased. The room was very spacious more than I expected, have espresso machine and a big refrigerator. Also very nice breakfast to choose where you like! I totally recommend!
We had a business trip to Haifa and stayed in that hotel for over 2 month. The room had a beautiful sea view and had all the necessities. The breakfast and dinner were fantastic and the stuff is extremely friendly. Especially we want to thank the guest relation manager Miri Capon, who did everything to make our stay unforgettable!:)
