Sleek modern boutique hotel. Very clean. Helpful staff. Great location. We could walk most everywhere in town. Free parking included in price. We loved sitting on the rooftop. Wonderful view of the city and the Baha’i Gardens at night. All lit up. See included picture.

My husband and I stayed here five nights. We loved this historic beautiful building with an intimate feel. It has wonderful 4th and 7th floor roof areas with lounge chairs and gorgeous views. There's a main floor lounge/coffee area with coffee and cookies. The staff is warm and welcoming. The location is good. The rooms are very modern and nice, not large, but big enough. Everything is clean. Our family had two other rooms and also really enjoyed staying here.

I typically don’t leave reviews but we were so disappointed and I wish I knew this before booking…. We booked since the reviews were so high and I’m not sure how that is. We booked the suite so we can spoil ourselves (granted we have only a few nights w/o kids). For the price of the room: 1- it was pretty bear although that was not a big deal in my books (there is another hotel we booked down Ben Gurion I won’t mention for integrity reasons that generally was much cooler aesthetics and amenities wise). Bathrooms were tiiiiiny! 2- the toilet was dirty when we arrived! I cleaned it with disinfecting wipes and it had urine drops all over! I really can’t describe how gross that was. I would have still not complained to the front desk, cleaner was lazy, happens? 3- last straw was that the vent right above the bed where you sleep was full of mold! So essentially, operating the AC in any way would blow mold onto our faces while sleeping! The room was not cheap it was wayyy too high (by 200 at least) for what you get and we stayed at two additional hotels at the same price, whole different level of quality completely! The hotel manager Hila, offered a spa for free. This is NOT a spa hotel in any way and we had 0 time to do spa. We asked for a partial refund at least as it was too late to find a different hotel. Hila gave us 10% back on the FIRST night only which is beyond a joke! It literally felt like she is giving us the middle finger! Seriously?! I steered away friends from a booking here, you can find WAY better options then here just a block away!

I booked my travel a long time ago, and forgot to cancel when we bailed on the trip. Duh! Moran, the general manager, was very nice and understanding. I wish I had stayed there because it looks great.

Best boutique hotel ever stayed in, clean and well equipped rooms and public places, modern architecture, modest but high class atmosphere, and best location 4 minutes from the German Colony neighborhood - mostly recommended especially to stay in the Christmas days !! We will sure return to this lovely hotel.

Great place to stay while visiting Haifa. Situated in the heart of it all. Super clean, well designed (to the finest small dot). Only remark - do not purchase the vouchers for breakfast (the hotel as some arrangements will nearby - about 5min. walk - coffee shops) as the vfm is low, and if you are vegan - those places do not offer anything other than hummus (18€ for hummus is well overpriced)

Here with my husband, and loving every moment. Its very comfortable (although water power in shower could be stronger), but everything else is perfect. The hotel itself is beautiful, its so clean, the staff gracious. I can happily recommend this hotel, glad we chose it!
