We had a fantastic stay at the Carmella in July of 2022. The place is incredibly clean and the rooms were big and comfortable and incredibly well appointed. The highlight of our stay was the very kind and attentive staff, in particular Polina and Taya, who went out of their way to make sure we had laundry done over the weekend. We'd definitely return!

My family had a Baha’i Pilgrimage and were so happy we chose to stay at the Carmella Boutique Hotel! We loved it’s intimate qualities. First and foremost the staff was genuinely friendly and helpful, the room and hotel was beautiful and clean and had lovely hospitality touches, the common places are fitting for nice get togethers as a family and with friends and it location is close to the Baha’i Gardens and a variety of services in the Mercaz HaCarmel part of Haifa.

If you like a quiet hotel, comfortable, parking (no cost), central location, good atmosphere, attentive staff, this if for you. No children, just relax. There is a SPA located in the hotel so no need to go out.

Lovely boutique hotel in a beautiful location next to the zoo. Clean and comfy. Room was a nice size and quiet. Staff were very pleasant. Parking was free and easy. Lots of coffee shops nearby for breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel when you visit Haifa.

Located in a Templar period house, in a quiet neighborhood, yet just minutes from the center of the Carmel, this beautifully decorated boutique hotel serves any thing needed and much more. The beds and rooms and the communal areas are immaculate and comfortable. On-site parking makes a wonderful stay even better. We shall certainly return. Highly recommended.

We had a Wonderfull stay at this boutique hotel. The service was great, the rooms are clean. and the best part was the parking The hotel is in walking distance from the most amazing view in haifa, and a walking distance to local caffe shops

The hotel is very nice and cosy. The wellcome was warm. We had an exclusive rome which was located right on the entrance floor. No noice at all. The room was very big with a huge bed. Very comfy. The ambiance is very nice. The hotel has a private parking undermath. A small problem was during our stay. The hotel didn‘t served breakfast even if it was written that they do. They offered a voucher which was accepted by two caffees near by. We have accepted it because the weather was great and 5 min walk was not bad at all. The problem was with the choice. Normally, if you have breakfast included you dont expect to pay extra. They offered only one choice of breakfast and if you wanted tho choose from the menu there was a fix value for the voucher. Also OK if you eat like a giant walle but we had 2x musli with yogurt, 2 x coffee, 1 x fresh orange juice and we had to pay around 22 NIS additional. …
