We enjoyed our 2-day stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, going the extra mile to make us feel welcome. The rooms were clean, though a little worn (eg. the carpet needed to be replaced) and we had plenty of delicious food at breakfast. Nice massage chairs in the lobby, so we enjoyed a 10-shekel massage which was great after a day of activity. We had a top floor room but unfortunately the view beyond the pool was very disappointing, overlooking a sandy building site. We liked that the balcony was accessible from both the bedroom and lounge area.

I strongly recommend staying at Nova Like. This is my third vacation here. The service is excellent, the receptionists are friendly and all the staff are helpful and make you feel pampered and special. The hotel is well designed and maintained. It is clean and there is a great
atmosphere in the public areas. The swimming pool is extremely clean and open for most hours of the day. The dining room is spacious and enables one to have sit intimately unaware of the other guests. There is a wide variety of delicious options to choose from to eat. The hotel suites are very spacious , the beds really comfortable and there is a kitchenette. There is also a big balcony which we used a lot, especially in the evenings. I will continue staying at Nova Like for all the reasons mentioned. It is excellently managed. You definately
get your dream vacation at a
.very reasonable price

A great experience in nova like hotel in Eilat. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and very clean. The family suite has a little kitchenette with a round table, and nowadays with COVID it was very helpful, we ordered takeout from restaurants and ate it in the room.
The hotel has an underground parking for free, on a space available base, and in Eilat’s hot weather, it was great to enter a chilled car. We stayed there for 3 nights, a couple with 3 grown up kids, and had a wonderful time.

We were in Eilat for the days between Yom Kippur and the beginning of Sukkot.

Check-in was easy and Sinai, the person at the front desk when we checked-in, was friendly, super helpful, fun, and a great representative of the hotel!

The rooms are spacious and clean but pretty run down as is the whole hotel. It needs a refresh. The pool is large and obviously gets a lot of use. The lifeguard spent more time on his phone than watching the pool. There were a lot of chairs and space. The place to get towels was not manned and there were often no clean towels and no place to put the dirty ones. Also, more trash cans might promote people cleaning up after themselves. There was a cold water dispenser that was a bonus given the heat.

The professionals working at the hotel tell were really great. Everyone was friendly and helpful and should be applauded for being great at customer service, even when the hotel was quite full.

Pros: pretty clean. Good size suite. Staff was pretty friendly.
Cons: Exactly the type of place I try to stay away from when vacationing in Israel. An old hotel in dire need of remodeling (chipped tiles, old and uncomfortable showers). Unappealing décor, reminiscent of a government building. Many options for breakfast, yet none were appealing or tasty. The pool plays loud music daily, and looks out into a large construction area, so we didn't use it at all. Location is off center. A bit sad all in all. We spent as little time in the hotel as possible
For the price - which wasn't low! - there are so many better options in Eilat.

We stayed in the last week of August in Nova hotel. We were 17 people in 4 rooms. We stayed in rooms 501,505,509 ( family room ) and 502 ( couple room ). The rooms are not big enough for 5 people and if one of them is a baby, than you can't move to much. The baby cot was broken and also the shower. The living room beds aren't comfortable at all but the double bed was perfect. The staff was friendly and immediately took care to the problems we raised. The rooms aren't sound proof and you can hear the other rooms clearly. All in all, it was good value for money.

First time at the Nova and we are so impressed! Staying during Hanuka with my 9 year old daughter. The hotel is full but doesn't feel crowded. Rooms are spacious and clean. Little things like great water pressure in shower I wouldn't even expect. The breakfast is tasty with lots of variety, great salads. It's too cold in the pool for us, but the hotel is colorful and has a super warm, family vibe. My daughter loves the game room and activities planned in the lobby. Super nice staff which I have to say is a bit unusual for this town (shout out to Rivka at the front desk!) While it's not right by the sea, it's an easy 10 minute walk which is a good thing considering all the food we're eating. Close to the ice mall that has the ice skating and other fun stuff for kids. Considering the price for this lovely and comfortable hotel, will definitely return with the rest of the fam.

The first room we got had cigarettes smell all over the place, and in general wasn't clean. Carpets were sticky and dirty, bath tub was with corrosion.
Duty manager was nice and immediately switched rooms for us, though in lower floor and far from the elevator. We accepted the switch since the second room was decent.

Even though there are signs everywhere, people are smoking and littering in the pool.

Breakfast was alright, but most of Eilat hotel has a better one.

Hotel lobby and restaurant is pretty nice and updated. The food during breakfast was really good. We also had underground parking at the hotel, which in Sept. in Eilat is a game changer! We had a pretty big sized room, however the room and bathroom felt a bit dated. It did the job and was what we needed, just not as luxurious and modern as the lobby and restaurant. Front desk was very helpful.

The location of the hotel is very disappointing . in the city itself far from the center of things far to walk . the rooms are rundown. the couch has spots which makes one uncomfortable to seat on. The food is terrible especially dinner. Breakfast is OK.
No amnesties in the rooms. Some of the rooms are far away from the elevator very long walk to the rooms. it is so disappointing as being one of Atlas hotels that aim very high

Hello, Breakfast is from 6:30am - 10:00am and Dinner is from 7pm-9pm.
Answer from Michael K K

In the hotel there is a travel point but now when are few tourists it's closed. But in Eilat there are a lot of travel offices which can sell you all sort of excursions including Petra. I recommend to visit The Undersea Observatory with the aquarium which is very interesting. I also have to mention that the hotel is not on the sea shore but has a swimming pool.
