This is an average hotel that was way overpriced. If you like large style hotels that are busy and always offering loud music by the pool, crowded breakfast rooms and people everywhere, then this is the hotel for you ! Located by the Lagoon the check in was efficient on a Saturday afternoon and I was given a nice room on the 6th floor with a balcony. The room was the oasis of the hotel, clean, calm and quiet. Comfortable too. However. the hotel seems to cater to large groups (or large families) and is also used for corporate events. Noisy, very expensive and generally not my style. Nice and efficient front desk staff though :))
Hey there, I just want to thank the hotel for the amazing service that we got Especially from the front desk manager “MR. Issam” he was amazing and friendly he helped us so much , I can’t believe that there’s people like him in the hotel , he really represents the hotel and how amazing they are, this person is a huge bonus to the hotel. Food was good , everything was amazing , Rooms were nice and clean , good service, we faced a small problem with the Barman he was a little bit rude but we solved the problem. P.s I’ll come back again to this hotel
The last time I was at the Dan Panorama Eilat was in 2019, Pre Pandemic. Truthfully, I was not sure what to expect. I was not disappointed. Let's start with check-in. I arrived at the hotel at 10 PM. Due to the new App that the Dan hotel has, I was able to already be checked in. By the tie I got to the hotel, all the receptionist needed to do was hand me my key. After a long flight and long drive to the hotel, that was exactly what I needed when I got to the hotel. Also, the receptionist on duty was kind, professional and friendly. Food- The dining room breakfast is very good. They have something for everyone. Different Fishes, cheeses & vegetables. They have plenty of different types of egg, pancakes, cereals and pastries as well. Personally I loved the fruit. I also ate dinner in the hotel dinning room. They had a huge selection of foods for everyone. Personally, I thought the entrecote burgers they had were absolutely amazing. The room- I booked a terrace level room. It comes with a large terrace and jacuzzi. When the sun rose and set, the terrace was a great place to be. The room was spacious and clean. Executive lounge- Along with the terrace level room came access to the executive lounge. This is a great place to relax after a great day of touring. While the selections are not a lot, what they have is good. Also, they do have items in the kitchen they are not put out like soup and pastas. The mushroom cheese ravioli I had was out of this world. Service- There was on issue that happened during my stay. However, once the hotel heard about it, I was immateriality contacted by Ruet of Guest Services and she handled the situation with the utmost professionalism. For, that, I thank her! The one piece of advice I have is the hotel should re-evaluate certain times within the hotel. For example, the dining room opens at 7:30 AM. This is a little late if your starting your day early. The executive lounge closes at 9 PM. This seems a little early. These are just suggestions and should not be seen as any type of criticism. All in all, I had a wonderful time at the hotel and will certainly return.…
Our family of 5 returned the Dan Panorama, having enjoyed the hotel previously. Our stay was wonderful. Rooms were comfortable and exactly as booked (intercommunicating which was extra helpful) - and great to have a hotel that can fit 3 single beds in a standard room for the kids. The pool area was a pleasure (heated pool and so nice and not at all busy so very relaxing vibe) - and as a Dan Panorama guest you also get free use of the beach opposite the Dan Hotel (wonderful place to relax and watch the sunset). But best thing of all was the quality of the service. From the Chef (Nissim) to the Security Manager (Mayor), the Duty Manager (Eyal) and the Head of Guest Relations (Reut) - everyone went out of their way to make our stay perfect. Thanks for a wonderful visit and we'll be back !…
The hotel was great, excellent service and clean rooms... but the most amazing thing was their unique service and care by the hotel chef (Nisim) for an allergic kid. If you have severe allergies- their service is the best!! The water in the pool was nicely warm also in the winter. We had the great time.
Returned to Dan Panorama Eilat after enjoying our vacation last winter. The rooms are nice, we were lucky to stay in a room on the first floor with a good sized terrace overlooking the lagoon. Food in the dining room (breakfast and dinner) is varied and delicious, plenty of efficient staff on hand cleaning and clearing tables. Thursday night the hotel offered a mini bonfire by the pool including hot cider and marshmallows. The pool is opened 8-5 and is heated. Guests can use complementary beach chairs on the beach at nearby Dan hotel (request a pass from reception) The hotel is clean, staff is courteous. Great value for money!
I couldn’t believe how much effort was put to make our stay pleasant and exceed our expectations. From small gifts that occasionally waited in the room for us to various events and food free of charge. The staff was always helpful and attentive. Wow!
Short vacation in Eilat - not bad at all. Clean and tidy room but uncomfortable mattresses and small beds. A long wait at the entrance to the elevators. Good meals with an emphasis on breakfast including service in the dining room - well done to the staff of the dining room. The location of the hotel is excellent. Sauna does not work in the illogical explanation "Corona".
Very good hotel. Kind people , testy food, Maintained room. Very good Atmosphere. A musician with a Busuki in the dinning room , i loved the music. Breakfast with Confectionery made a good smell and a very good croissant and more cakes. The synagogue was very nice, and their was a minyan every day.
Really surprised from this hotel The staying was nice. We were received really nicely. The lobby was clean and inviting, the room waiting for us on the 6th floor was also clean. Although outdated and in need of furniture replacement, the TV in the room is too small and unsophisticated. The shower is practical and tidy and included a bath. The in-room balcony included stunning views of the marina. The hotel's breakfast is intentional and the food is fresh and inviting, we were in a time of holiday so indulgent desserts were served. The hotel staff is attentive and pleasant. Holiday treats and tastings such as the hotel lobby from time to time were also served. The room was waiting for us with gifts for the members of the Dan Club and also for a birthday celebration we held. Here, too, were attentive to our requests. The hotel pool was clean all the time and maintenance staff took care of it regularly, cleaned and tidied up. We were satisfied with that. Pleasant music was played in the pool and although many children were present there was no disturbance to the adults, the hotel has a number of playrooms and activities for children. One morning there was a guitar player who was having breakfast at the hotel. It is obvious that the staff strives for the guest. I would also like to mention the room service in the daily room cleaning…
