when friends are gone; I stayed for some time in Bishkek with my local friends, I looked for the possibility of moving from apartments to a room in my former hotel (Golden Dragon) but I did not find a possibility!? It was my luck to discover a hotel that is only away from the main street, a "small and cute hotel", beautiful and integrated, in terms of furniture, beauty and quality, when I came to explore and book; I asked about the price and my subsequent inquiry: “And is the breakfast good and included in the price?” The clever young man at the reception replied: Yes, and I am sure you will like it..and it was! Although the room is small, it is complete, beautiful and elegant and so are the corridors, smiling staff ready to help, a delicious and complete breakfast in a neat place to wake up to, despite the many sweets I don't like in the morning, in my far room (302) I befriended two cats nearby, waiting for me Right after breakfast and before sunset, in my room; I could not move naked freely with the window open as usual, since there were other windows nearby in the next building I was afraid that it would invade my privacy! After returning from the airport (a miserable story that I will tell with Fly Dubai) I was told that there is a second branch of the hotel north of the city, which is more beautiful and larger, so I tried to book but did not find the possibility... When I will come again; I will try to book a bigger room similar to the one you showed me (202)…
We with friends stayed for 4 nights in this hotel . Check in was smooth but the room is very small , ac was not at all good , breakfast had nothing Indian food although most of the guests were Indians. Worst part was that they cheated every group by saying that u applied oil on bedsheet so pay for it, which was totally wrong. They charged 3 rooms of our group 100 dollars each but could not show us the bed sheet. Same thing was done with other group also. Even after charging no bill was given . We checked out on 28th morning at 5 am . Better not to stay in this cheater hotel 😡😡
I was really impressed with this hotel which is conveniently located close to the CBD of Bishkek. The staff are generally friendly though some do struggle with English. The rooms are cleaned to a high standard and the breakfast has a large selection of food, but unfortunately it is not kept at the optimal temperature (it is mainly cold). This is partially because the dining room staff don't pay attention to the state of the buffet table (i.e. the heated serving dishes are left open). One issue which I didn't appreciate was that one afternoon, a new guest was given my room number and a key to enter the room, so I was woken up by someone entering my room... A real breach of security protocols for a hotel and very little in the way of sympathy from the front desk. These issues made my decision to give 4 stars rather than 3 In spite of this, I would stay again on future trips to Bishkek and I would recommend it to others.…
Great hotel, well placed in the city, the staff is professional and very warm welcoming and kind. We arrived very early in the morning and they offered us tea and coffee and find us a early check in quickly. The restaurant is excellent with local and international food, the price is correct. The room is big enough and clean. I recommend this hotel
Extremely happy with the accommodation!! Clean and tidy. With all the amenities I need. The food is very good with breakfast being part of the deal. Lots of selection. Plenty of restaurants and bars that are a walking distance and a supermarket across the road... The price is fantastic, the staff polite and do their best to communicate with me as I don't speak Russian. Which is great. I would definitely stay here again!!
The staff was helpful and friendly. It has a supermarket just across the street and few restaurants available nearby the hotel. Few minutes away to the city center and very convenient of using the taxi app, Yandex.
I have stayed in your hotel many times, and brought many of my guests from other countries and suggest your hotel to many people, and when i had a guest or my friends staying there had their visitors there was never any problem, so what i would like to tell is that on my last day in bishkek i have decided to stay in my favorite hotel and invite some of my friends, so when they came the guy at the reception didnt let them come in but after i called he asked for their PS copy and informed us he needs because there is someone from police at the reception waiting and checking the age of the people who is checking in, this kind of situation can happen only in KG so i told okay thank you, so when they came upstairs the guys at the reception didnt even tell me anything about visitors policy or about extra charge, at the check out girl by the name if remember correct Altynai (i check out from A404 on 6/10/20) informed me that i have to pay 1600 som for extra person i asked her what she told me that for extra person, and my extra person came around 2 Am and left around 7 or 8 if im not wrong, however the way how she was explaining to me was really rode and she was arguing with me like with his friends, and i asked how many stars the hotel i think you should not argu with your customer like this for what she told me everywhere is like this i asked if she knows the global hotel standards, for what she answered in turkey not allowed even one hour to stay for visitors, then i stop arguing with her and i payed for extra person 1600 som when i was about to leave she told me i have to pay also for my drinks which i paid last night, i asked her to give me the check with my signature but she find the check and there is no signature, and she was actually insisting for me to pay that amount so if she knows the all the standards, she needs to know also that every single hotel around the world take deposit before letting the customers to sign the bill since i know that and i didnt leave any deposit i have paid all my orders directly by cash, what i would like to say dear Garden hotel managers or leaders who will read this message kindly train your team to deal with customers properly and before charging or insisting to pay something let them first properly inform the customer before, and if she is that much skilled or smart person she needs to learn how to speak with customers, if front of her Kyrgyz nationality doesn't mean that this person stayed only in hotels in Turkey or if she worked there doesn't mean that everywhere same procedures.…
