We stayed here as part of our tour of Kyrgyzstan. This hotel caters well for both the leisure and business traveller. Our room was clean and well equipped with a mini bar, coffee percolator and good toiletries. Food was served was on the 7th floor and there was a terrace you could sit on. Breakfast had a reasonable choice and quality but I found it a bit odd that an egg and waffle was served to the table separately without actually asking for it. The beds were very hard but not unusual in this part of the world. Staff were helpful. Overall enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend when visiting Bishkek. (Across the road is a great real ale bar we visited).

Stayed 2 nights as part of a Tour group. I wish we had been able to stay longer. It is in a great location. The room was superb, spacious, with a lovely little balcony, good complimentary coffee, very comfortable beds, great aircon and bathroom. Lots of storage space, very clean. The breakfast was superb. There is a great terrace bar, superb cocktails and snacks, and wonderful service. Very good value for money. The very best of the seven hotels we stayed in during our trip.

The Ambassador is a classic building in a great location, emphasizing great service, spacious rooms, and awesome breakfast. Their hotel staff, including at the restaurant and reception / front desk, show that excellent service is a top priority to the guests. Their reception / front desk personnel, including Nurai, went above and beyond, assisting with several transport questions and needs. Accolades to the Ambassador for such great professionals like Nurai.

Hello, my name is Ilmira Alpysbayeva. We are Canadians. I have a husband, three children, and I absolutely adored the hotel. The restaurant's manager, Zamir, was very kind and courteous, and the service was also top-notch. The breakfast was outstanding, and the rooms were always spotlessly clean. The food in the restaurant was also amazing and tasted very good. Eldar, the hotel's manager, was likewise incredibly polite and competent. Overall, my experience at the hotel was wonderful, and I would recommend it to anyone seeking for a place to stay in Bishkek—families or not.

From walking into reception without a booking on a Saturday morning in Aug-2022, I found all the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in the centre of the city in an area that affords access to a local green areas and wide roads which are pleasant for a safe evening walk. The rooms are comfortable, and the restaurant food is good. I was very pleased to be served food in my room one evening by Dilshat, who is one of the many friendly and efficient restaurant staff. I shall be very pleased to stay at the Ambassador hotel again.

I have been staying in this hotel 3 or 4 times a year since 2014 and I like its feeling of being at "home" The manager, receptionists, cleaning personnel and others know me and welcome me with the warmth of a home. This month i had a hard time finding white honey so Eliza, the receptionist, found an online site to order it for me, at a great price, Saule saw me struggling to wrap the 12 jars i bought so she offered to wrap them for me. I highly recommend the Ambassador Hotel for first class service, clean rooms, good food at the restaurant on the roof.

Amazing hotel and great customer service skills. I had a breakfast today and Nurislam, waiter provided great customer service to us and chief also prepared delicious omelette ( i asked to cook in a way i want) which I really enjoyed. Thank you! The accommodation is located a few streets from the main attractions. On entering, you are greeted by a very small lobby but a very friendly staff. The room is excellent. It is a nice size, very well equipped and meets all your needs. Breakfast is forgettable to say the least. Not everything was fresh, the staff who served the guests was unhelpful. All this seriously detracts from the value of the hotel.

I think this hotel is the best balance of quality and price. Amazing location, perfect service and very polite people.
