In the beginning i dubious about this hotel especially its a small hotel. When we arrived at 5am We were greeted by marlen with a smile n warm welcome. Everything was explain. Altho the room was small but i was so impressed how impeccable clean n fresh it was. How i like my hotel to smell. And every nookd cranies so clean. Im lost for words.🥰 They always greet with a smile. The theres a lady that help us to get a taxi . Very accomodating n pretty lady. And another lady cannot remember her name speaks good english and i think i remember she said she is a tour guide what a lovely lady very quick to assist. Then some guys in the hall way maybe the owner or tge gm is very quick to assist. The emerk how sweet so nice and even sent us platter of fruits for the misunderstanding so sweet. Love everything. Guys if your looking for a hotel i bishkek dont forget futuro is one the best. Will definitely recommend futuro to our client m friends and family. Thank you for looking after us. And see you again………

Although this hotel is small, it is smart, well-run and very comfortable. The reception and coffee shop staff were great, always helpful and attentive, the bedroom was bright, modern and clean and the bed excellent. Despite being a distance from the city centre, there is a trolley bus stop about 5 minutes walk away, so the location was not a big problem. Lots of small things in this hotel (like a book loan, 24/7 coffee shop (free for guests) and also movies made this a great hotel. And CLEAN too. Great that they changed the breakfast a little each day so that there was variety. A big advantage is that it is not on one of the main avenues, so it is extremely quiet a night. Definitely the best hotel which I stayed in during my tour around Uzbekistan and Krygyzstan. I wish that there were hotels like this one in all the cities in the area. Highly recommended.…

Now it is confirmed why this hotel received high ratings (which is rare for hotels, globally)! Personalized attention the minute we stepped into its lobby! Unexpectedly very clean hotel, impressive comfortable room and bed. Location is a bit far out from Bishkek city but it was totally worth it if one is looking for a place to crash. Perhaps applicable only at the time we were there, they offered free one-way cab fare to town. There is a huge supermarket just 10mins walk, where you can get all you need, including all the good stuff Kyrgyzstan has to offer. Breakfast was offered even when we had to leave just after midnight. They sure know how to 'hotel'! Customer service level at its BEST!

This hotel is beyond excellent, from check in, the staff know that we are so tired and allow us to check in at 12am, prepared our breakfast at 1.30am before transferring to airport is something we feel so touching. Help us to book local taxi ( return), very caring hotel. Room is super comfortable, modern and super clean, this is the best hotel that we stayed in Kyrgyzstan. Less than 5 mins walk there is a huge supermarket that operating 24 hours, best place to go for last minutes shopping for items home. Wonderful hotel, highlight recommended !

Hotel Futuro is top class. From the huge beds, to the amazing huge breakfast (with vegan options!), to the incredible staff who made sure we had help with rides to the airport and much more - we LOVED our stay! My husband and I really can’t say enough good things about this hotel, and I would HIGHLY reccomend staying here if you want a seamless and comfortable stay. To give an example of how kind and hospitable they are, i briefly mentioned that I am vegan, and the next morning they had even more vegan options for me at breakfast. The staff is talented in hospitality, but many are also talented in English! This was a big help for us since we don’t speak Kyrgyzs or much Russian. I look forward to staying here again when we return to Bishkek!

Tiny, cosy hotel with high quality service. Our request for new year stay was excepted with an extra attention. Highly appreciate Mr. Umar for his efforts, prepared all our inquiry in the room with max and stylish, plates with fruits and cheeses, and ect. Parking place Airport transfers very cheep. Highly recommend.

I stayed at this hotel a few years ago when it just opened. Since then, nothing has changed much and the property is still amazing. The hotel staff is extremely polite and helpful! I arrived around an hour or two before the check-in time and the team has immediately started preparing my room. I had a nice time waiting in their tidy and very modern cafeteria while enjoying free unlimited coffee and snacks. The rooms are homey and cozy with good internet connection. There is everything you might need, plus it is super clean. Oh, and the breakfast was great too! They serve pretty much everything, it's delicious! My taxi to the airport was organized by the staff and arrived right on time. I have the most positive experience from the visit and will stay there again.

Booked the Standard Single Room for 3 nights but the bed is a comfortable queen size bed and the room is of decent size and really cozy and clean. Only downsize is it is not exactly close to the attractions. Nonetheless, the exceptional service provided by the staff made up for it. The buffet breakfast and lunch are nice as well. Highly recommended.
